Just back from a fantastic 3 weeks staying at Rachels appartment ,we have stayed there before and love the place. Every thing you need is in the appartment even uk tv and free wifi so its just like being at home only it,s a lot warmer.The complex ls kept up very well and the neighbours many of whom stay there for long periods are very chatty and very helpful.Rachel and her husband are a great couple and are only an email or text away to help if you have any problems. There are several resturants ,bars and shops a 5 min walk away which are great ,also the airport is 10 mins by taxi so you can get on with your holiday realy quickly. We have booked to stay in the other appartment for next year which is on the same complex .So if you are thinking of booking this appartment go ahead and do it you wont be disapointed

Ideal location
A beautiful apartment in a perfect location. The apartment had all modern amenities good WiFi modern and spacious. A very quiet area of matagorda very close to the seafront and bars and restaurants. If you want it a little more lively Porto del carmen is a short distance away. The weather is lovely at this time of year. Looking forward to coming back early next year. Rachel the owner really looked after us and we can,t wait to come back to this lovely apartment.

Fantastic apartment
The apartment is fantastic, it is set in a lovely complex, very clean and quiet. Close to the airport and a 10 minute walk to the beach. The apartment itself is furnished to a high standard and has everything you need .Communication with Rachel the owner was superb, she was helpful and informative. We would definitely stay here again.

Superb Apartment
We had a lovely comfortable holiday in this apartment. It has everything you could possibly need with lots of home comforts. The complex is so clean and peaceful. We will definitely come again and will certainly recommend to our friends and family.

Great place to stay
Fantastic apartment with every thing you need for a super holiday the bed was so comfortable better than any we have stayed in the past.The kitchen had all the equipment needed to cook any thing from toast to a full sunday roast. The bonus of having free wifi and a great tv with all your english channels, also many other english speaking channels was a great suprise. There are several supermarkets within walking distance and several mixed resturants also close by,and if needed a water man comes round once a week and will deliver you your water to your door. We had 2 great weeks here and have booked to stay in Rachels other place next year. if you are thinking of booking this apartment do so you wont go far wrong.

Contemporary, quiet apartment
Really enjoyed our 3 week stay in this modern apartment. We arrived to find a basic shopping with some beers and wine, so appreciated this. Good location on friendly we'll run complex. Owner was very responsive with all communication. Would recommend this accommodation and would also return without hesitation

Can’t recommend highly enough
If you book this apartment you won’t be disappointed.
The complex is quiet, spotlessly clean and occupied by a mix of long term residents and those on vacation. Everyone is really friendly and Carlos and the rest of the staff very helpful. We’ve been to this complex 3 times now and it is our favourite.
The apartment is on the ground floor and is exactly as described, but probably better. It’s a real home from home.
The decor is bright and modern and furnishings tasteful. There are two leather sofas to relax on in the evening and a large TV with all UK channels. We were there in November and so the TV was handy when we came back to the apartment after eating out.
The kitchen has lots of equipment and an oven, hob and microwave. We ate in a few nights and were easily able to prepare our meals.
The bathroom has a double vanity basin, WC and walk in shower. Plenty of hot water too, no issues on the temperature like some other complexes we’ve stayed at.
We liked the large patio area which was sheltered from the wind. If you have young children it is walled and has a gate which is lockable, so would be very handy.
Can’t recommend highly enough, we’ve booked to come back in the summer !

Fantastic apartment in a great location
Fantastic apartment in a spotless, quiet complex. We loved the private south facing patio as it was very sheltered and sunny until 3 - 4pm. Location is perfect, 10 minutes from the airport and just a short stroll from the beach and a number of high quality restaurants. We have stayed in Puerto del Carmen a number of times but this was our 1st time in Matagorda - it certainly won't be our last! We intended returning to some of our favourite restaurants in PDC but because of the number of fantastic local restaurants just down the road we never made it! Although it was a very windy week, the weather was great - warm sunshine most of the week and even though the daylight hours are much shorter in November, the evenings were still very mild. Rachel has been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and we will definitely return. We've already recommended the apartment to a number of friends and family. Thanks very much Rachel:)

Modern, clean and very quiet location
I wish I'd booked an extra week!
This apartment is lovely; perfect location with a small supermarket just around the corner and the beach and a larger selection of shops, restaurants and bars within around ten minutes stroll.
Very clean, well equipped and with a very private terrace. The pool area is also extremely clean and the whole complex just has a very chilled, quiet vibe.
I will definitely be back!
