The villa is approached from it's own drive with secure parking. On entering the property you will find a comfortable lounge/diner with dining and seating for six persons. The villa benefits from wi-fi and UK satellite television, as well as an open fire for those cooler evenings. Off the lounge you will find a well equipped kitchen, which includes a washing machine, microwave and coffee maker. A passageway leads to three spacious bedrooms. You will find a huge amount of information on the Pego website, which is available in several European languages. Within a short drive is are the attractive coastal towns of Oliva and Denia, where you will find a greater range of international restaurants as well as miles of wonderful sandy beaches and a full range of exciting water sports. Closer to hand, just a ten minute drive away, is the local beach of Deveses Playa, a huge stretch of pristine beach without the hubbub of bars and restaurants, the perfect place for a family picnic away from the summer crowds. INFORMATION REGARDING COVID-19 In these difficult times renters will obviously be concerned that the cleaning and hygiene standards of their rental accommodation will be of the highest standards in order to protect them and their family during their much needed holiday.
