Like all the other apartments in this farmhouse, Proneta 1 is reached from the ground floor.
Entrance is from an architraved walkway that leads on the right into a small corridor with two doors off and an arch. On the right is a bathroom with shower, in the centre is a double bedroom and through an open arch is the spacious living area with kitchenette, complete with gas hob, refrigerator with freezer and dishwater, and dining/sitting room with single sofa bed.
