COVID 19. In accordance with Welsh Government guidelines, following the Covid 19 restrictions, the property will be deep cleaned including soft furniture which will be scanned by UV light between each booking. We have also amended the check in time to 4pm and check out time will stay the same 10am on the day of departure, to allow extra time to thoroughly clean the property, which will include disinfecting all surfaces. We will also provide hand sanitisers, antibacterial hand wash, and antibacterial washing up liquid for our guests. We have removed the children's games, books, toys and any cushions, ornaments that can't be cleaned thoroughly.

Situated within a 4 minutes walk to the quaint fishing village of Moelfre, with its shingle beach.The beach is overlooked by the pet friendly Pub, The Kinmel Arms, Ann's Pantry and the Icecream Parlour. There are also a couple of seaside gift shops, a well stocked village store and an acclaimed fish and chip shop. Close by is the Seawatch Center and the working Lifeboat Station, which holds an annual Lifeboat Day every August, both are situated on the Anglesey Coastal Path and well worth a visit.
Moelfre is a picturesque Maritime Village which has plenty of history due to nearby ship wrecks and the courageous work of the Lifeboat crews.
Less than 5 minutes drive is the golden sandy beach at Lligwy which is ideal to spend those long hot summer days with the kids. Moelfre is suited to family holidays with so many nearby attractions, The Anglesey Sea Zoo, Pili Palas Nature World, Rib Rides down the Menai and Plas Newydd to mention just a few.
The bungalow has ample parking space for 2 cars on the drive. This beautifully appointed spacious 2 bedroom bungalow has views from the lounge and kitchen of Penmon Point, (unfortunately the light house is obscured by a tree), and beyond the Snowdon mountains can be seen.
The well equipped open plan kitchen diner,has a modern fitted kitchen with a microwave, Tassimo Coffee machine, slow cooker and all the appliances you would expect. The new dinning table seats 4.
The laundry room which is off the kitchen has a washing machine, tumble drier and dish washer.
The lounge contains 2 leather sofas to relax on, a fireplace constructed out of Moelfre stone, which was quarried locally. we have also added to this an electric log burner.
The master bedroom ( The Puffin Room ) has a double bed, dressing table, mirror and wardrobe and ample draws for storage.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds a wardrobe and ample drawers for storage.
The bathroom which has been newly fitted, has a bath, electric shower, heated towel rail, and is dressed in a nautical theme.
The bungalow has a newly installed electric heating system.
The garden benefits from having an open aspect giving it the maximum amount of sun, which is enhanced by having a seating area with BBQ and a separate eating area.
The bungalow has free wifi,a DVD player, a smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, (the user just needs to log in to their accounts).Mais

The property keys can be found in the key safe the code will be given to you before your arrival. The safe and the keys will be sanitized before your arrival.We have a local agent who will be able to help with any problems and we are at the end of a phone to help with any problems and will leave phone numbers so we can be contacted. We have put local tourist information with vouchers to some tourist attractions and we have a Guest book with help and useful information on the property
Esta costa de Anglesey está idealmente situada para aproveitar ao máximo as atracções turísticas locais e passeios. Com fácil acesso a alguns campos de golfe de primeira classe, Bull Bay fica a 20 minutos de carro, Henleys está em Beumauris eo mais próximo é Stors Wen, que também tem footgolf, ótimo para as crianças.
Conhecendo a área
Ter um carro é recomendado, mas não é necessário, pois a área tem uma boa rede de ônibus com a parada de ônibus a 3 minutos a pé, os ônibus partem para Bangor e Amlwch. Os serviços de táxi locais são muito bons tanto Annies Taxi e serviços de táxi de Jane devem ser recomendados. É aconselhável reservar com antecedência, nos fins de semana ou durante períodos de férias ocupados.
