In addition there is a single bed on the landing which can be screened by curtains for privacy. Bedroom 3 - this is an ideal bedroom for older children or a teenager. It is not suitable for young children as the staircase is steep (see photograph). the bedroom has a laminate floor, velux roof lights, and includes a single bed, armchair and satellite TV.Bathroom , with tiled floor and walls, shower bath, basin and WC Ground Floor Landing - an additional bed is situated on the landing and can be screened by curtains Note - the 3 bedrooms and landing provide for 6 persons, but my prices are based on a party of 4. Outdoors - there is ample parking in front of the cottage for up to 3 cars, there is a patio area with garden furniture and a barbecue for those summer evenings. There is also access to lawned areas in the garden which is shared with the owners house.
