The cottage is finished to a high standard and tastefully decorated with hardwood flooring. On entering the property there is a reception hallway with storage/utility cupboard with washing machine and tumble drier. A double bedroom and shower room lead off from the hallway. Upstairs takes you to the open-plan kitchen with oven, hob and microwave and integrated fridge freezer and dishwasher leading to the lounge/dining room with a fantastic view of the burn. Quality bed linen and towels are provided. Flat screen TV with Sky and DVD player are there for you to use together with WI-FI which is slow due to the rural location and only suitable for browsing websites or emailing. However there is no mobile signal.
