The villa has two apartments: the "Sun Apartment" at the second floor, and the "Sky Apartment" at the first floor. Both apartments have a spacious kitchen, two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and the living room has a comfortable double pull out sofa bed. Each apartment hosts up to six people. The villa can be rented out by one big family or a group of friends, hosting up to 12 people. The "Sun Apartment" has a long terrace facing south, it's as long as the whole width of the house. The "Sky Apartment" has a more classic touch with its furnishings and finishes. It also has a larger terrace facing south. In the bathroom of the "Sky", besides the shower, there is a Jacuzzi tub for two. Both apartments face the garden of the property, where there is a large Jacuzzi for six people. Services/equipment of the apartments: Laundry/ironing room, blackout curtains in the rooms, free Wi-Fi, well furnished kitchen with flatware, and cookware, microwave and kettle, 50" flat screen, Sat TV with all European free-to-air channels, barbecue, sunbeds, sun umbrellas, and one parking space for each apartment. Elvio would like the villa to be a place of total relax, for adults and children. Services in the area: the marvelous cycling path on the sea, the "Novaro" wellness park and children playground, delicatessen, pharmacy, tobacco shop, public transportation stops, public parking 150 meters away, private beach establishments about 1 km away, free beaches 500 meters away, tourist port at 1 and at 3 km away, scuba diving 3 km away, sail boat lessons for adults and children 3 km away. About the location: Villa Magnolia is in Costarainera, 200 meters from the sea. In San Lorenzo, 1 km from the house, there are several beaches and there is the starting point of the famous “Ponente Ligure” cycling path. The bike path passes under Villa Magnolia, because it was derived from the old railway track, so they also used the train tunnels. You can easily join up with the cycling path on foot, with a dedicated short pedestrian street on the sea, that starts 200 meters below Villa Magnolia. You can rent bikes in San Lorenzo Al Mare and ride on the 24km path, and reach Taggia, Sanremo and Ospedaletti. The house is also next to the "Novaro Wellness Park": with open-air gym equipment, flowers, herbs. By renting both apartments, Villa Magnolia can accommodate up to a maximum of 12 people. This way, guests have the exclusive use of the villa, the garden and the Jacuzzi. If only one apartment is rented, the garden and the 6-seat Jacuzzi is shared with the guests from the other apartment. Please note that the villa is just in front of the street Via Aurelia, that is the Main Street along the coast, so in the garden you could hear some traffic noise. The apartments have double glazed windows, so there are no problems for sleeping. Important information: communication between guest and host is necessary. We always try our best to provide a great service, but, to do so, information is needed before your arrival. - if you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us some days before your arrival with the necessary information on which bed configuration you prefer. Otherwise, we won't be able to prepare them beforehand. - if you don't provide us with your mobile phone number, and if don't tell us your estimated time of arrival, you may have to wait some time for the receptionist to arrive and welcome you.
