The cottage sleeps five people and has two en-suite double bedrooms in the eaves (zip/link, can be twin on request) and one single bed on a large landing in the eaves with a curtain for privacy. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area and sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside is off road parking for three cars and a fenced patio with furniture and a barbecue. Situated in a beautiful part of the country, The Coates is a lovely base from which to explore the countryside.

Note: This property is on the owner's working farm and there is also a small, 5 pitch campsite on the farm. Note: Guests to provide their own tennis racquets and balls. Note: Due to the bedrooms being in the eaves there are sloping ceilings and care should be taken.
