The long sandy beach at Guardamar and golf courses are only 10-15 mins' drive away The Mercadona Supermarket located 2 minutes walk from the apartment. 2 Beach chairs, Umbrella and Towels provided for your use. The apartment has air conditioning and if you require this an additional charge applies on booking, there are ceiling fans,portable fans and a heater if required that are included free. Linen and towels including beach towels are included. Airports – Both Murcia and Alicante are a short 40 minute drive away or pick-up service available to book with our key holders. The apartment is looked after by Clarkeys Property Management. Meeting and greeting new guests ( additional charges if arriving between 12pm and 7am ) A telephone number will be given to guests in case of emergencies during their stay. There is an apartment inspection and cleaning charge of 40 Euros to be paid locally for the cleaning of the apartment and laundering of bedding and towels and cleaning of balcony after your stay.
