We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. ## Neighborhood This apartment is in one of the coolest areas in the vibrant and exciting community of the Northern Quarter. Famed for its independent shops and boutiques, where you can pick up designer or retro clothes, rare vinyl’s, collectable comics, unusual furniture and superb art and crafts. It has a lively social scene with beautiful restaurants, cool bars, quirky coffee shops, and music venues… there is also a local pub where you can have a good karaoke singalong with the locals. There is a Tesco express and a Co-op a 5 minute walk away on Church Street as well as few small corner shops even closer. The Arndale shopping centre has a food market as well with several fish / meat / veg / deli stalls. ## Transit The apartment is close to many transport options, and is walkable to many parts of town as well as local train stations. Only 2min walk to Shudehill tram/coach station, 5min to Market St tram stop. It is about 10-12 minute walk to Manchester Piccadilly railway station, and about 5 minutes to Manchester Victoria railway station. Manchester is a very walkable city as well as having lots of public transport options to get you around. ## Notes If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. - Also note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe! - Unfortunately, we do not accept any post to be delivered to the property, if you do so, please note we are not responsible for post collection or lost. - There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum. Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
