Sobre o bairro
Mondavio is a small walled town, with Rocca, piazza, bar, three restaurants, newsagent, hairdresser, bakery and basic provisions inside the wall, butcher and supermarket a short walk outside the wall. A van comes inside regularly with fresh vegetables and fruit. The house is very close to the centre and the views are excellent. In summer there are occasional concerts in the Cloister of the church or in the tiny Opera House.
The house has been completely modernised and architect designed while the outside maintains the original aspect.
Places to visit in the region include Urbino, Pesaro (Rossini festival in August), Jesi, Senigallia, and the beaches along the coast.
Fano, the closest bigger town is an old Roman town and is worth a visit.
