I am glad that you found the Resort amenities (room, breakfast buffet and pool) comfortable and inviting. We like to hear when the Resort exceeds the expectations of our guests, but particularly when our staff ('ohana-family) shares with you their ALOHA. Our staff is the heart of this Resort, and they take great pride in their work and working at the Kaua'i Beach Resort. I apologize if you were not able to get into your room earlier then our normal check-in time. We will try our best to accommodate an early check-in, based upon our occupancy for that day. If we are able to, we will definitely accommodate you the best we can. We understand that our guests arrive to the Island at different hours, and understand the travel time to Kaua'i is very long. So please accept our apologies for not accommodating an early check-in on your arrival day.
