Casa precisa de reparos, não estava muito limpa, deixamos mais limpa quando saímos do que quando recebemos, além de ser um local é muito longe. Diz o site que por u$ 12,95, por dia pela casa você pode utilizar o Resort, mas na verdade queriam cobrar U$ 100.00, em razão da casa ser de um proprietário. Nem tivemos como usar.

I want you to be rest assured that I, along with my team at the vacation homes, am personally look into the matter you have mentioned.
As per the reason, we hope you can mentioned us you are a travel agent and booked it for someone else. we are unable to honor loyalty points when the booking is made by a travel agent (like in this case, as you have mentioned it after your guests left from our vacation home).
The guest was informed the cost to use the Resort facilities (fitness center, pool, etc) for 7 days would be $12.95 per day plus tax or about $100. Unfortunately due to the language barrier the guest thought the Front Desk was charging them $100 per day. If the guest had contacted us we could have helped them understand it.
Also our maintenance team checked our vacation homes every time after the guests checked out, and make sure everything is work well before the next guest checked in. We will pleasure to take care any issues they find it if they can contact us during their vacation.
Finally, as our rental listing says, check out time is 10am, so that is the reason the cleaning lady showed up at 10:30am. When the guest refused to let the cleaning lady into the house to clean she very patiently waited more than 2 hours until 1pm. Fortunately, we contacted more clean ladies to clean the home before the next guest arrived and so we waived the late check out fee.
We will try our best to serve our guests. Thanks.

Dear Tamara, we provided 8 pieces of pans in the homes, you may find all the pans in the cabinets if you checked it. We also provide baking pans, you can find it in the kitchen cabinets. We will happy to bring more pans and other stuffs if you contacted us during your vacation time. Also we provide one more dustpan in the home. It will be appreciate if you can contact us directly if you can’t find something during the vacations. We will happy to help anything we can do for you. Best regards, Lisa
