It is disappointing to read that your recent experience was not entirely perfect and the ambience at the hotel did not meet your expectations. Our hotel is usually very popular all year round, however we carefully plan our daily operations based on the hotel occupancy, to ensure we provide high level of service to all our guests.
Our Front Desk team always aims to accommodate our guests' special requests and preferences, however it may become challenging at times, especially when the hotel runs on its full capacity. I am sorry to know that we could not honor your request for a room on a higher floor on this occasion. And while room allocation requests always remain a subject to availability, the team will prioritize it for your next visit.
Kindly note that we do have a complimentary shuttle to Dubai Mall, for our guests' convenience and as an alternative option of transportation to a taxi.
