Um bom na cobertura com ótimos drinks. Academia super equipada e boa estrutura. Café da manhã super rico com diversas variedades, café americano, frutas, pães salgados doces e refeições vegetarianas.
Hotel com ótima localização e ótimas instalações. Mas o ponto alto é o serviço. Equipe muito bem treinada e muito gentil. Muito obrigada Ajim, por não ter poupado esforços para tornar nossa estadia perfeita. E obrigada Nirmal por nos atender tão bem.

Hotel muito cheio, com impressão de shopping center.
Serviço ok.
Pedimos um quarto em andar alto no ato da reserva, devido ser um hotel de 72 andares, mas não nos deram.
A localização é boa p quem prefere ficar perto do Burj Kalifa, mas mesmo assim é necessário taxi p tudo.

It is disappointing to read that your recent experience was not entirely perfect and the ambience at the hotel did not meet your expectations. Our hotel is usually very popular all year round, however we carefully plan our daily operations based on the hotel occupancy, to ensure we provide high level of service to all our guests.
Our Front Desk team always aims to accommodate our guests' special requests and preferences, however it may become challenging at times, especially when the hotel runs on its full capacity. I am sorry to know that we could not honor your request for a room on a higher floor on this occasion. And while room allocation requests always remain a subject to availability, the team will prioritize it for your next visit.
Kindly note that we do have a complimentary shuttle to Dubai Mall, for our guests' convenience and as an alternative option of transportation to a taxi.
