Adorámos o hotel e todo o seu staff muito simpático. O quarto era muito acolhedor e o pequeno-almoço tinha diversas opções.
Achamos incrível o Blooms Cafe onde bebíamos todas as manhãs o nosso café expresso e onde jantamos na nossa última noite em Londres. A pizza era muito boa e fomos muito bem atendidas pelo Libin.

O HOTEL está muito bem localizado, próximo à estações de metro, restaurantes, pequenos mercados e principalmente do Museu Britânico, 2 quadras apenas. Os quartos são ótimos, o banheiro bom, minha opinião dispensaria banheira, turista não tem tempo de aproveitá-la. Excelentes funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos, especialmente Jennifer, da recepção muito atenciosa e disposta a ajudar, como também Ben, sempre sorridente e atencioso.

Sou um fã dos Beatles, gostei muito de Londres ,segundo o Google maps eu andei a pé 60kms , tem ônibus ao lado do hotel que é a linha 14 que passa ao lado do Palácio se voce quiser ver a troca da guarda, o hotel é ótimo muito bem localizado, o Jadir é uma pessoa muito gentil e muito atencioso.

Gostei muito da estadia do hotel, o pequeno almoço era variado, boa limpeza, cama e almofadas confortáveis, os pontos negativos foram que as janelas deviam ter vidros duplos, porque fica junto a uma estrada muito movimentada, mais toalhas na casa de banho, duas para a cabeça e uma para as mãos à parte das toalhas de banho. Staff simpático.
Sugestão, como é um hotel que recebe várias nacionalidades, deviam ter um adaptador para as tomadas já incluído.

In regard to the socket adapter, as we follow the UK standard plugs, we do not provide adapters from the reception. However, we have a self-service shop on-site that is open 24/7, where you can purchase an adapter, or you may find one at nearby stores.
