Good Afternoon... I will be traveling to Utah in the beginning of April and was wondering if your restaurant can cater to people with celiac's disease (gluten allergy) My daughter and cousin both have the disease... one is more sensitive than the other. Also to complicate matters, my cousin is a vegetarian! If you could let me know if you have any safe options, I would greatly appreciate it.
