Hotel with nice stylish design but rooms lack of amenities which is unacceptable in a 4 stars hotel. For example, our toiletries were not filled: the shampoo holder was empty on our arrival day and stayed empty during the whole stay (cleaning lady did not remember to fill it). No other toiletries available, nothing, not even the shower gel. Our fridge was not working properly so we didn't use it. No minibar! If you wan't it yo need to call the reception to fill it. No coffee/tea amenities i.e kettle in the room and that is the biggest minus! Otherwise, the massage we had was good, the pool and the pool area are nice and clean. Breakfast a little boring, they give you the small small menu to choose from each morning, after three days you wish to eat somewhere else. Had dinner and it was a bit expensive (A'Mare restaurant). Otherwise during the day you can choose something from the pool bar menu (burgers, sandwiches, salads...). Staff is very kind and polite.

This hotel has a coherent stylish design which makes it very appealing. It is located outside the "party center" of Navalja thus it is quiet, yet only a 5mins drive from the center. All staff whom we dealt with are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The Spa is run by a trained physiotherapist who is very knowledgable and professional. Whilst the choice at breakfast is good, it is the very same every single day which we found annoying. The "selection" of teas is poor, so if you are a tea person bring your own. Unfortunately, there are a few things that one does not expect in a 4-star hotel: no amenities in the bathroom other than body & hair shampoo, only one free bottle of drinking water per stay, no water kettle in the room, very soft mattress, no pen nor note pad in the room, bathrobes are only provided upon request, very slow WLAN (which however is free in the entire hotel). Most inconvenient is the fact that one has to bring and pickup one's laundry to and from reception, as it is not picked up / delivered by housekeeping. Very annoying was the problem with the toilet paper dispenser which was only glued (as opposed to bolted) to the bathroom wall and fell off three times during our stay. Overall, a very nice hotel which is only a few steps away from being a true 4-star hotel.

Très bel hôtel avec une vue sur la mer et des couchers de soleil magiques. Personnel adorable, très belle chambre bien décorée avec une bonne literie. Le restaurant est bon. Seul bémol le petit déjeuner qui est moyen, pas de jus frais et peu de choix mais bon très bon séjour

Thé view from the room that we were given looked nothing like the view on booking.com. The pictures are attached of what we bought and what we were given. I went down to explain we’d been given the wrong room but the man on reception said it was the right room and it was my fault that I got that room. I should have messaged them to say I wanted the room advertised on booking.com (which is what I paid for) This is wholly unacceptable, first it’s a complete misrepresentation of what you’re paying for, and second, then to be told it’s your fault should never happen. After the unnecessary argument over the room, we were moved to another room which had the view but still did not match the pictures of the room we booked on the website. I didn’t bother to mention this because of the stress of the situation. The hotel could be very good as the rooms are nice, the breakfast was tasty and there are good views available (also bad ones). In my opinion they should have different rates for the rooms with a good view and the rooms that overlook the car park, the main road and other houses. Other points which need to be addressed are:- i) For a premium hotel (cheapest room around 200 euros a night) they have a cheap mentality of filling pots with ketchup (example attached), and both the indoor and outdoor pools were very cold. Maybe this is acceptable in summer, but a freezing cold jacuzzi isn’t. ii) The biosauna was out of service. iii) The zen room needs some work, it’s closer to zenless. The most important reason why the score is so low is the way we were made to feel on arrival, it ruined our stay there. We felt stressed at first and then generally uncomfortable for the rest of the stay (3 nights) At the moment, this hotel is far from ‘in excelsis’

On arrival with my 3 children and friend , we were told the suite booked and confirmed also by email pre arrival was not available. We were then told they would resolve the room issue by 1pm the following day , we accepted this and made no fuss . We were then advised that the suite booked was not available and that we should pay more money directly to the hotel for the rooms we were given . Of course we refused , this was their error . We were then spoken to and treated badly by Mr .Marco who is apparently family with the owner of the hotel. We complained about house keeping as room was still dirty , beds not made , carpet in room dirty , empty coffee cups still sitting on table , I was told I should go downstairs myself to housekeeping and sort out the problem. We couldn’t understand how or why were being treated and spoken to so rudely . We then requested a little extra time for checkout as we had a late flight , the manager was kind enough to agree , except whilst I was showering the owner of the hotel , a large aggressive woman comes to my door and starts yelling at the top of her voice in Croatian with four cleaners ,waving her arms and screaming in my children’s faces . This is absolutely unacceptable behaviour by any adult . She then disappeared before my checkout so I was unable to discuss with her the disgusting actions towards my children . If she had s problem she should have discussed it with an adult not to scare and intimidate my children. Unacceptable!!!!! I shall be lodging a complaint about this . Stay away from this hotel they have no value or care towards their customers.
