There are many problems at this hotel. From very poor housekeeping practices, complete lack of communication among the staff, no follow up on reasonable requests. The fault clearly lies with management. Sadly, it seems as though the same experiences are repeated by so many other guests. You would think corporate would get involved. I am in agreement that the non-refundable $125 pet fee is extremely unreasonable. Next time, try the Fairbridge Inn at exit 118. Clean, quiet, friendly, and comfortable. That's where we go now. Great experience both times!
