God, where to start? I made a reservation three and the room only had one small foil packer of shampoo. The towels were great exfoliators (not a compliment). The checkin woman had no idea of my reservation and had to call her offsite manager, who had the reservation on his wherever computer. The check in lobby was 700 degrees. The spider in the shower. The running out of hot water. No hair dryer—I mean really?

The room was hot. There were not enough towels. The food in the restaurant was tolerable but could use some help with the seasonings. It was hard to reach someone at the check-in. We drove around Livingston and visited friends, then came back. No one still not available. We drove to a flea market between Livingston and Cookeville. Had a wonderful time. Came back to the hotel to check in. Finally someone was there. We got our room and the hot water was not hot so used without cold added. Need some help with English speaking management.

I just had surgery staying at motel to be close to hospital after staying two nights was told I had to move rooms because I had a dog that they charged me 15 dollars a night for and that they were moving me to a worse room for the same amount of money I am not aloud to lift and they want me to carry everything up a hill. They stated they had to move me because every two days everything has to be washed because of dog. I asked them if that means they don't normally wash everything she said mattress pads now have to be washed there aren't any which is bad that means everything is being soaked into mattress. I am now going home and not staying close to hospital because I refuse to be put in a meth addicts room up top and get an infection, Avoid at all cost .

Dear Elizabeth, I apologize we had to ask you to move to another room. As the front desk clerk explained, the room that was given to you was strictly a non pet-friendly room. This would not have happened if we were made aware at check-in that you have a pet. The room that we were moving you to was very similar to the one you had. In fact, our front desk clerk asked you to have a look at it before extending your third night with us. We hope that you allow us the opportunity to redeem ourselves and stay with us in the future. If you choose to please contact the hotel directly and speak with me so that I can make your reservations. Once again, we are sincerely sorry and hope to see you in the near future.

It is a budget motel but still very clean and OK value for money. Check in lady was very friendly. Room was large and a little dated but bed was great. Nice to stay if you want somewhere quieter for a change from the big hotels

Run down. Motel had an awful stench when my husband opened the door of the room. The motel worker was rude. My husband gave the key back and said he was not staying there and the worker kept asking why, he responded because he did not want to. she kept saying she need a reason finally he said because it stinks. She proceeded to say she was going to charge the company for the night and he saud no your not. I am not staying here. Just a terrible experience.
