Rented a cabin for my parents last summer by the pool. They loved it!!!! They will be returning.
My Fiance has been camping since 1969 at the former Farma Family Campground now Cozy Oaks I have been coming up to camp the last 8 years. We spend just about every weekend of the season at Cozy Oaks from April 15- October 15
It’s an easy drive for us up 79 North from Pittsburgh to Cozy Oaks. It’s our summer home away from home
Jen and Ben have been working very hard over the winter with making the park better than ever.

Great family campground. Under new management, which has been positive. Lots of improvements this year. Last year (2023) was not as positive. New management taking pride in the park, asks Seasonal campers for input. Engages with campers. Implements campers suggestions. Getting back to the family atmosphere. If you left the park, it's time to come back!!

This campground is good for the seasonal camper but not for weekender. I should mention that this camp is currently under a new name: “cozy oaks” which is not reflected anywhere on their website, I was completely confused when I showed up.
I did not have any issues with the employees, they were all pleasant and I know some issues are beyond their control. It is the start of the season and I can see that they are working to spruce up the place with all new gravel etc. The bathrooms are older but clean, and the shower set up was good. Trash needed emptied more often, it was filled to the top.
There are amenities listed on the website that clearly do not exist. There is no nature trial, softball fields, etc. this isn’t a place to ride your bike. The mini golf needs cleaned up- it’s seen it’s day.
I specifically booked this resort for the pool and it was not open during the 4 stay. If you are unable to open your pool, you need to contact your paying customer in advance and let them know about the inconvenience. I checked every day and it was “it should be open tomorrow!???” But never did. We were completely bored and shelled out a lot of extra money to visit the safari and additional forms of entertainment that are all approximately 30 minutes or more away. We even contemplated counting our losses and packing up and setting up at another campground near by…which we toured during our stay.
Very disappointed to say the least that our limited vacation days were spent sitting around here waiting for the pool that wasn’t able to open. I did see someone working on it the evening before we left.

The only reason they are getting one star is because negative stars are not possible. In all my years of camping I have never experienced anything like this. Management is shady and very demeaning and unprofessional when they speak to campers, they do not take campers questions, concerns, or comments professionally. They always have a snarky comeback. The new website is all pictures of the campground when it was Farma and lists amenities that they do not have. If I was a "weekender" and booked a stay at Cozy Oaks based off of the website I would be livid upon arrival. The staff did not finish power washing the pool and they filled it anyway, it is filthy and I would not let my dog go in there let alone a child. It was opened for two days this so far this season. Major fail not having the pool opened on Memorial Day weekend sighting "a trickster" in the park when it was obvious they do not know how to maintain a pool of that size. Although the managers home has been completely renovated, I think their priorities are pretty skewed

Love this place! Use to come with our pop-up camper until husband got sick. Last couple of times stayed in the deluxe cabin.
What a great vacation. Enough room for the whole family, close to the pool. Everything you need except linens.. can't wait to start again
