Great local motel

It's very clean and comfortable, and the owner is nice. There's a mini-fridge, microwave, luggage rack, and cable TV - everything a chain motel has except breakfast, but it's $15-20 less than a chain.

Hidden Gem

This place was a pleasant surprise. It doesn't look like much on the outside. It's an older building, but the rooms are redone. New carpet, new paint, new beds,and the bathrooms are updated with new tile sink and bathtub. The bed....OH SO COMFORTABLE!!!! You can tell the owner has a pride of ownership. She has rules in place to keep out the rif raf. You won't find creepy workers outside drinking and smoking at all hours and making noise! Refreshing, being in the middle of "industrial nation". All this for under a $100...the cheapest we could find!!!
