Room was amazing and bed was the comfiest largest bed with great amenities. Breakfast was amazing great and delicious. Very impressed from the room service staff. Overall I thoroughly recommend to this hotel

I received very good service from all staff member of Annapurna Hotel. Room is very comfortable and facilitated. Food quality is also very good. I used to stay every time in this hotel. I recommended to all visitors.

Located bit off the main tribhuvan road, this property is in a residential area. Rooms are nice and clean. Washroom though small is clean and had necessary toiletries available. Restaurant and Bar serves good food but the breakfast has limited choice. Staff is very cooperative. You need to walk some 100mtrs to reach the main road. My room did not come with any view. I would certainly recommend this hotel for business travellers.

I am an Indian visited Nepal. Booked hotel Annapurna hotel in Birgunj with a Nepali mobile number. Got confirmation after OTP Check. When I reached hotel,they did not have any record. When I called call center, OYO staff said the reservation was cancelled by them as per my instructions. When I denied receiving any such call, I noticed that they called the same number with Indian country code who denied any such reservation. When I checked my reservation screen, it showed not my name and Nepal number but name and details of another person in India whom I never know. Even after entering correct mobile number with Nepal code and verified by OTP, the site auto-gathered all PERSONAL details of another person in India INCLUDING HIS PREVIOUS TRIPS. In the end, I was denied my room reservation and forced to search for another hotel. OYO SITE IS EASY FOR CRACKING AND YOU COULD SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO any one who enters your phone number.…
