O gerente foi o idioma muito desrespeitosa e usados acontecem incluindo a palavra de F continuamente no lobby atrás do balcão. Os quartos eram muito sujos, e o pessoal de limpeza veio às 8:30-9 30-9 30-9 na parte da manhã (quando você não quiser ir até eles mudam as folhas)

This review is full of inaccuracies. This was written by a High School Senior Week Student who was asked to leave hotel for violating State Laws with underage drinking and drug use. The Student on way out door threatened to post negative review of hotel due to this. We had a hotel guest in our lobby at time who commented on the unruliness of the girls involved. After their subsequent eviction the guest next door enjoy a peaceful nights sleep without the interruption of underage party goers that are common in the month of June.

If there is no doubt in your mind that I was smoking, why was my money refunded back to my account? What kind of GENERAL MANAGER of any business hangs up on a customer 3 times back to back while they are trying to call to make a complaint, blatantly refuses to give the customer her name, and also tells the customer they refuse to give them any information to get in contact with someone I could file the complaint and dispute with? I guess the same type of GM that has a bunch of complaints on this site about how dirty her hotel is and how there is cigarette butts all over their "100% smoke free property" because she allows her HEAD OF HOUSEKEEPING, instead of working, to sit at the front desk talking to her all day besides while I watch the head of housekeeping stand right outside the building smoking cigarettes on their 100% smoke free property while my kids swim in the indoor pool. The same head of housekeeping that conveniently tries to (and someone please tell me when housekeeping got granted authority to tell guests to get out of the hotel) tell me to get out of my hotel room because of the smell of marijuana in other rooms and hallway right at normal checkout time when the housekeepers who are actually working are going around cleaning all the rooms, so she can swindle me out of my 39$ late checkout fee that I already paid, right before she steals $250 from my bank for completely unfounded accusations. And what kind of management completely ignores the fact that their head of housekeeping loudly and clearly spoke about smoking marijuana in front of a guest's 8 and 10 year old child? I'm definitely not ok with that and ownership should not be either. This has me really upset. Also, if Shelby really smelled smoke i'm pretty sure that as much of the day as you guys spend talking to each other, and as friendly as you are with each other, you would have came up and smelled my room after I walked down and basically begged you to come up and smell it immediately after I was accused so that way you could do things the right way and have evidence and tell a person you are going to charge them,instead of constantly refusing and not coming up for the remaining 3 hours that I was there, and instead waiting til I leave and wrongfully just basically stealing 250$ because nobody broke any rules. I'm sure I probably don't need to inform you of this, but if you smelled anything on Tuesday and nobody was in the room since our stay, it was just the same old mold smell that us and our neighbor in the hotel were out on the balcony discussing after I first checked in and had to walk out to get fresh air and leave door open so didn't have to smell the moldy smell as much. I can't believe that the Hotel Monte Carlo & Suites accepts behaviors like this from their head employees. It appalls me that I had to give this business any of my money. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. But I do like how you (Christina) conveniently pick and choose which tiny parts of people's reviews to respond to, the best parts you can pick out to try to make yourself at least seem professional, knowing that they can't respond to what you say.
