My wife and I booked the #501 unit in this rental complex for a 3 weeks stay.
Upon arrival all seemed ok yet upon descending to the private breach behind the building we noticed that the water was of murky brown color and very undesirable to swim in. We ended up going to the Lovers key State Park which is not far and there the beach was within what we had expected. Guest services did not want to accept any comments on the water and stated that it is normal(environmental phenomenon).As the week progressed we noticed numerous repairs that the condo needed(dangerous bathtub floor, rusty showerhead,,patio door not lockable etc..) Being simple people we let it go and did not let it interfere with our vacation until I developed a severe rash on my body! As we were stripping the bed to do our laundry, we noticed the mattress being heavily soiled with large brown and yellow stains all over! Disgusting and so non hygienic! Unacceptable!....Being panicked at that point and loss of complete confidence of the unit and the complex as a whole, we reported it immediately to Guest Services. The next day we requested a refund for the balance of our 2 weeks remaining. Non compliant at first yet within a few hours later we were confirmed to be refunded and therefore we left the property and went to a beautiful other resort nearby.
Please be cautious as the owner of this unit does not care of what she/he rents out!! Make sure the mattress has been changed, unit fully disinfected before renting!

Stayed in unit 1108 and it had everything we needed for the week. Unit was very comfortable and clean. Loved the location across from Lover's Key State Park. Enjoyed the private beach and private pool. Walked to Flippers for dinner 1 night. Short drive to Publix for food and supplies. Unit 1108 has great view of the park, private beach, end of Ft. Myers Beach, and the gulf in the distance. Swam in Estero Bay where the private beach is located. Tiki huts and lounge chairs available to all. Owner was available to answer all our questions and was very accommodating to our concerns about the noise from the continued balcony work on the building (M-Th 8-5/5:30). I would stay in this unit again (used airbnb).

#902. Many broken Blinds hardly cover the window at night. Contact person tries hard to get you to settle and not address issues. It took 2 of our 4 week stay to get cooking pans, working toaster that should have been here. I covered the sofa with my blanket. Even though the screen door was finally put back on-there is no latch to keep it from coming open. Fan lights full of bugs.
