Beware of booking with this b and b, we booked for what we thought was a full English breakfast but found out you have to pay £5 each per day also £5 each dog, this was not stated when we booked, their listing showed lovely full English but there are hidden extras to pay, tried to cancel our booking but got no response from several phone calls and email's, they even automatically took 50% from our bank account

We stayed at Barton Farm for two nights. It was very quiet and based on a working farm. Quite picturesque.
We stayed in the double room at the front. The room itself was clean and tidy. It was quite old fashioned, but still pleasant. Nice comfortable bed.
We had sole use of a private shower room opposite our bedroom. The shower was tiny. We are both tall so trying to move about inside the shower was difficult. The shower room was not as clean as I'd expect. There was a used soap with hair on it in the shower and other hairs in the door rim. Also dust all over the top of the toilet. But it served it's purpose.
The breakfasts were good overall.
The owners were very friendly and helpful and the lady clearly works very hard to cater for her guests.
I get the impression this b&b caters more for the over 60's.

I stayed just for one night on Sunday night and it was lovely. Beautiful and peaceful location. The owner is very lovely and friendly and makes a yummy breakfast :)
I stayed in the twin room at the front of the house and I had sole access to a shower room opposite.
I have saved the details as I would try to go again when in that part of the country.
