We had an amazing night at Irene and Steve's amazing house. They have been really accommodating and welcoming. They cared about every single detail. The room was really cosy and the bathroom very clean and modern. The wonderful breakfast that they prepared was simply delicious. We went for the continental version with a selection of cheeses and ham. Moreover, plenty of bread with jam, butter and other spreads was available. Cereals, granola, yogurt with fresh fruit, tea, coffee and orange juice. The perfect starting for a day around Cornwall made of long walks up and down the hills. It has been lovely to chat with Irene and Steve, they are such nice people! I truly suggest anyone which is planning to visit Cornwall to make a stop to their place. It is absolutely worth it!!! Thank you so much for letting us feel as if we were at home!!!

Die Gastgeber, besonders Ireen, sind sehr nett und haben für alle Wünsche ein offenes Ohr. Wir hatten das Bad zwar gegenüber unserem Zimmer, was aber kein Problem war, da es auch zur alleinigen Nutzung war. Frühstück ganz nach Wunsch, Obstsalat, Joghurt,Cerealien, english breakfast oder kontinental -alles reichhaltig und liebevoll vorgerichtet. Wir können es nur empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

We found this B&B by complete luck through Hotels.com but were very pleased with our choice. A nice quiet centre to tour around West Cornwall (and easy walking distance to the Cornish Seal Sanctuary) we found Ashtree Villa to be a clean and welcoming home from home with very friendly owners who were more than helpful and keen to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Highly recommended.

We stayed in the boathouse and it was perfect! It was well appointed and spotless, having everything we needed. The hosts were most gracious and helpful. They cooked a delicious breakfast and gave us great information. It was a great place to explore the area, and it’s walking distance to the seal sanctuary. There is also a small store and a pub a short walk away. We loved our visit there!
