Deliciosa comida em um pequeno, out-of-way resto

Um pouco tarde no meu comentário de 2011 viagem mas melhor tarde que nunca. . . Descobri sobre este pequeno local de alguns amigos locais. Deliciosos frutos do mar, equipe cordial e amistosa, gentil proprietário. Um pouco maneiras de Denarau e Nadi mas vale a comida. Tinha os kebabs e cuscuz. Altamente recomendado.

The Blue Bure in Nadi, Fiji

The Blue Bure is a very nice quaint little Restaurant, not far from Nadi town. And not only can you eat there, you can also stay for a couple of nights for very adequate prices that are suitable for the backpackers wallet. We stayed in one of the private rooms, which was rather small and functional, without a lot of accessory. The double bed, whick took most of the room's space, was comfortable and without bed bugs (!!), so you can have a good night's sleep. What makes it hard at nighttime are the hot Fijian temperatures and the lack of AC in the rooms. We had a small fan in the room, unfortunately it was too loud to keep it on all night. Thus, the room and sleep qualities are average, but far from poor. The price per night though, is more than adequate, which makes the room an excellent value. Facilities are shared, but cleaned daily and warm water is provided, unlike in some other hostels across Fiji. The food in the reaturant is great. Very tasty meals for reasonable prices. During our stay in Fiji we dined quite often at the restaurant and were always satisfied. We recommend trying one of the Blue Bure's pasta dishes or the pizza. Service is where the Blue Bure shines most. The employees are great and always there for you. They give you a warm feeling of being welcome. But the manager(s) deserves the greatest praise. She was always friendly and willing to help, showed us around and helped us a lot planning our tripthrough Fiji. We were very thankful for what she did for us, and for her openness and kindness. The people you meet and the food at the Blue Bure, are the reasons why we would always consider going back. Even if you don't want to stay, you should at least consider to check out the restaurant and meet a lovely bunch of people. The Blue Bure get's 4 out of 5 from us. Accommodation may not be perfect, but serves it's purpose. The service and the food though, makes The Blue Bure a place you want to spend some time.…
