Ficamos lá por 5 noites. A equipe foi comunicativa e amigável. Muito bem instalado em um ambiente seguro. Bastante calma, considerando a localização.

TV e WiFi funcionou bem. A BBC é o único canal em inglês.

We came to Armenia with 14 people and we wanted us all to be together while having our own rooms. We rented 2 two-bedrooms and 3 studios and we couldn't have been happier. The rooms are all super clean and modern. I stayed in the two-bedroom with 3 other people and even when we all showered after each other, we never ran out of hot water. There is a washing machine and clothing rack to hang dry your clothes. For taxi services, you can download the Gigi app on your phone. It's like Uber but you can pay the driver with cash if you would prefer. Sas supermarket is around the corner but I overall preferred Vas, which is just a block further. It's a larger supermarket and they offered better exchange rates. Just right outside the apartment are markets where you can buy fresh baked bread, fresh eggs, and produce. If you don't want to go out for breakfast, you can always make your own in your fully equipped kitchen. My favorite part about the location was how close it was to Beyonce Studio. All the females in our group would go every other day for the most amazing blowdry. A few even went for manicures and pedicures and were so impressed! I'm really really missing their blowdries right now. Silva and Luso are the best! The best coffee shop we went to was only a block away at The Green Bean. They are one of the closest coffee shops that's always open and they had amazing coffee. Ice Lava at the intersection of Amiryan and Mesrop Mashtots had the best soft serve ice cream. We always had a cone every night before heading back to our apartment. All in all, the location and the apartment itself were amazing. I couldn't recommend it enough! Next time I come to Armenia I'm definitely staying here!

Having always stayed at hotels, finding a good apartment (for four!) this time was challenging. To save you the hassle, I chose this apartment after having combed Google! So, if Internet is your only source, go for this one without hesitation! Comfort and convenience are guaranteed!! I had seen the pictures on hotels and booking.com but I thought seeing it in person would feel different. It did! Positively though! I had booked the two-bedroom apartment but I also checked their studio when I was there and it looked great (equally spacious)!! I would definitely book that one when I next travel alone. To begin with the location: it is an IDEAL one! Pag Shooga (closed market which is basically the City supermarket that's open 24hrs) and the Republic Square are 5-minute walk from the apartment. *** I would just highlight the exact address so your driver will take you exactly at the entrance (it wasn't the case with us but Aram, the manager, guided us eventually when we arrived). It is 13/1 (you should say 13 DROP 1) Mesrob Mashdots which is what you read on all the websites but what you should tell the driver is also that the "Mesrob Mashdots" is the one close to Amiryan (there seems to be another elsewhere) and the apartment is actually the building where OVIR (Armenia's passport and visa office) used to be. You could also say that the building is behind a conservatory but this is less helpful than the former because they all seem to know where OVIR used to be in Mesrob Mashdots avenue. The building is not on the main street and hence, the confusion if you don’t give them the above details. Close to the apartment are: - Oorardoo shop (open till 9pm but they have everything you may need except food) - SAS supermarket (open 24hrs and they have everything you may need PLUS an exchange desk!! I actually put my luggage in the apartment, went to SAS (2-minute walk) exchanged money to pay for the apartment. - Pag Shooga and the Blue Mosque (these face each other and are 5-minute walk away from the apartment). You can find literally everything at City market (Pag Shooga) and the prices are very convenient!! - Yerevan Tavern restaurant which is a favorite for tourists (tried their BBQ cheese this time and fell in love with it!!) and it is a 5-minute walk. - Northern avenue is 10-minute walk away. Then again, anywhere you wish to go, the cabs are so cheap (first 4km for $1.25 - AMD 600 - then 20 cents/km i.e. AMD 100) and they pick you up from the apartment. This is a renovated apartment so you feel its freshness. For those concerned about the mattresses, while I slept on the sofa bed, the beds in the rooms were super comfy!! Someone had commented on Expedia about the linens but I guess, unless you're an OCD, they were fine too. The closets are big enough in the rooms. Re the sofa bed, I highly advise that you sleep on it as a sofa not a bed (don't open it that is) because the middle part will hurt your back big time!! I suffered the first 2 nights but then slept on it as a sofa and it was fine. Sleepers were not offered so make sure you have one with you. The building has an elevator and a concierge. The country itself is a safe place so nothing to worry about at that end. The entrance door cannot be accessed by anyone who doesn’t have a key anyway (they give you the apartment key and the electric RFID magnetic lock without which the entrance door cannot be opened - unless you call the concierge). The apartment had a washing machine which was a great plus for us! You can buy the detergent from any nearby market. They sell in small packs and they're very cheap. While we never used it, there was an oven and other kitchen accessories (including cutlery). The fridge was medium size (big enough). They had provided us with a liquid soap and two toilet rolls but they don't replenish them as the housekeeping ($10) is only upon request which is also very fair!! In the bathroom, you can also find a hairdryer. The shower was good except that if you notice in the pictures on Expedia or Hotels.com, there is no barrier between the shower space and the outside floor so having the water outside is inevitable (there was no shower carpet). Overall, I can’t think of any negative aspect of our experience in the apartment!! It will definitely be our pick when we travel again. The price you pay for this apartment is almost equal to the price you would pay for an economy single room at a hotel!! Nova hotel used to be my favorite but having had the same and even more comfort in this apartment at a lower rate, I am never booking at any hotel in Yerevan again! They respond to emails fairly fast. I didn't get the chance to meet Tamara but she was very helpful before and after we arrived! To conclude, don’t think twice!! The apartment is more than you would wish for!! PS: For the first time, I didn't take any pictures because the ones posted on all the websites are self-evident.
