Chegou tarde, mas felizmente alguém estava à espera de nós que não falar nada que pudéssemos entender (não francês, alemão ou inglês). Appartement era espaçoso: sala de estar e cozinha aberta, dois quartos e banheiro pequeno. Os quartos ficavam do lado da rua e, como o barulho do tráfego e as janelas das pessoas precisavam ser mantidas fechadas, o que tornava a temperatura desconfortável. Sem AC. As camas eram pequenas. Banheiro não estava limpo, assento do vaso sanitário estava solto, a água não drenava da pia, chuveiro enorme chuva causou inundações banheiro, jacuzzi muito pequeno e pressão muito baixa. Varanda no lado interno do prédio pequeno e vista para os vizinhos. Nenhuma privacidade também. Apenas estacionamento público na rua ou garagem a várias quadras de distância. Rua percorrida por viciados e prostitutas à noite e nos sentimos muito desconfortável. Muito barulho à noite também dos trabalhadores do sexo. Absolutamente lugar miserável sem qualquer serviço, nenhuma interação pessoal. Não recomendado.…Leia mais

This place was booked for 30 days through my company. We (my wife and I) had a nightmarish experience throughout. First of all, the location. The apartment is located behind another building. This means that this place is like a deep dark cave 24/7 as no sunlight ever enters the place. Prepare to get highly claustrophobic. Housekeeping is supposed to be done 4 times in 30 days. That's a joke. They never turn up. There is no reception, no manager, no person to contact in case things go wrong, and no help at all! For the price, its completely insane. You check in by yourself after discovering the room keys somewhere. Internet didn't work. The TV didn't work. The bathroom leaked. The weighing scales were broken. Finally, when you leave, they will charge a bomb as "deep cleaning" charges - this is their way to extract money from you even after you're gone! They will make excuses that you damaged some items to claim this. Avoid please. There are better places to stay in Luxembourg.…

I arrived at 9pm the reception the check out closed at 7.30pm. Great for people who travels and arrives late. I call the number on the gold signal 12 times NO ANSWER. Fortunately a man arrived out of the blue and managed to help me after 40 minutes waiting. I paid 179€, with a TV which provide only the radia, insects in the bathroom and a Senseo coffee machine with even one capsule ! I had to buy some ! For this price please find a nice hotel or go on this famous website which rent nice private flat. First and last !

I received a call informing me that there was a water leak in my 2 bedroom apartment and I have the option to either be rebooked into another apartment or to have a refund. Originally I chose to be rebooked into a 1 bedroom apartment but never heard back that I was confirmed. When I contacted them again to ask if I was confirmed, I received a replay that I was confirmed but the video of the apartment that was attached to the confirmation was for a studio in another building. I have since emailed them 4 times and called once but no one can seem to be bothered to respond back to let me know which apartment I have been booked in. This is ridiculous, not sure how you expect me to have confidence in you as to whether I have a hotel room when I arrive next week.

There's not a lot of HOTEL choices for a family of four to stay in COMFORT in Luxembourg City. Villa Cortina fit the bill. Clean, modern, SAFE (one gate to get into the atrium, another keyed entry into the building, then a third to your apartment)The building is a five minute walk from the train station and about fifteen from the city center. It's not the nicest part of town, but it's fine. Soundproofing was exceptional. Kitchen, washing machine? BONUS The check-in was no big deal - management was right there waiting to show us in. It's not a hotel - they start you off with some basic toiletries - but bring your own, buy some other stuff in the local store when you run out... This is my first time in Europe that I DIDN'T stay in a hotel, and I must say I liked the whole idea. And the price was WAAY right. On the way to Paris tomorrow, and staying again in another apartment - hope the experience is as good…
