Once you enter the hotel, it looks very impressive. But once you enter the restaurant, be ready for the horrible experience that you will receive. Food quality is still ok type but the service that they give is worse than pathetic. Completely bad experience. They served the cold food in every item and how can you expect the garam gulab juman to be cold while serving. And be ready for the covid reason that you will receive. I dong understand why the hell they open the restaurant when they don't have the proper staff and hospitality.

This hotel had a great photos but the service is very bad. The room service they have fixed menu for breakfast they only give 2 poori or 2 toast. Extra poori extra cost. One plate of rice 190 Rs. Additional water in the room is extra charges. The only person was helpful was Hemanshu in tbe reception. I will not recommend this hotel to any one. The staffs hardly speak English. Roomservice always hang up phones. No service at all. I will never stay and never recommend. Only one plus was given by Hemanshu was he upgraded to club room.

Wonderful experience with orlov hotel panipat .we visit last month nice atmosphere good food and services we enjoyed lot .staff was nice smiling face good suggestive .special thanks team of hotel panipat management. KEEP IT UP!!!
