We had to stay at this hotel for one night due to our booked accommodation being "double booked" by accident.
We found a room with a king size bed and no windows to the outside world/with access to daylight. The room was very cold because of the moldy ac, which you couldn't turn off by yourself (no remote supplied and the power switch is at approximately 3m of height). The paint on the walls looks horrible and we even found an old (luckily it was still sealed) condom on the closet. Overall the room itself sent out a very sad feeling. The two power outlets are very high up the wall (the first one is at about 1,6m, the second one is the same height as the ac-switch - so not reachable at all).
The bathroom was very dirty and didn't seem to get cleaned regularly. There were flies, ants and even some small and thin worms. The toilet was dirty as well and the "bidet-pipe" was leaking, which created a puddle that covered the whole room. You should bring "shower-slippers" if you want to stay in this hotel - otherwise you will have to stand in toxic "anti-cockroach-balls" which they supply all over Indonesia. Bring something to disinfect surfaces.
The water pressure while showering was good for Indonesian standards - but there is no dedicated sink to wash your hands.
I guess you could stay at "New Ocean Hotel" if you just need a cheap room to sleep in and nothing else. Wouldn't and couldn't recommend it to anybody else.

Room rate : 8/10 Room cleanest : 6/10 Breakfast : 6/10 (only have 4 types menus,but its very good if we compare to the price) Service : 8/10 (the electricity already 24 hours) Over all the place is very2 recomended

Hotelnya cukup bersih dan menyediakan sarapan pagi sederhana. Pengalaman saya saat menginap: listrik mati jam 6 pagi dan baru menyala kembali jam 5 sore. Jadi pagi-pagi kami terbangun karena kepanasan. Tapi tak mengapa, karena jam 8 kami sudah dijemput untuk "wahana" laut hingga sore hari.
