Thank you for staying here 8icon Ao Nang. I'm glad to have you here. I'm terribly sorry that our service can't meet your expectation so your kindly review about your experience in our hotel. I'm the representative of 8icon Ao Nang so i have to explain why our hotel policy doesn't like any other hotel. 1.why offer only 1 key card per room? because it's our hotel securities policy to protect our guest as much as our team can do to any guest "to avoid air conditioning turn on all day" that's absolutely true because our hotel will go for energy saving project if you need to charge any devices, you contact our front desk to let them take care it like any other guest do. 2.i've heard in the morning on that day from our staff there's an accident with you at night so I do hope you get well soon and this make you comment about our service. We've got this serious problem before and on that case our Chinese guest contact our hotel first and we find the solution to cope with this. anyhow, There's stain in our bed sheet and many bedding in room. it's cost 2,900 THB(81USD) we offer only 100 THB(2.8 USD) because you've got serious injured after you two go outside. so the word "almost $ 400.00" is not correct as we can replay CCTV system (sound recorder) as evidence. 3.Our facilities in the pool, we provide 10 sunbathe bed around pool area (24 m2) that suitable for this pool area. 4.in our hotel policy, time to check out at 12 and we allow for some guest at 1PM. However, our hotel is full occupancy on that day and another guest is on arrival to check in at your room. That's why didn't offer you the room for late check out. 5.Our breakfast is international and Thai food. We bring variety of food to our guest and our guest come from many countries in the world so we can’t specific our food to our guest individually so that we bring our service to our guest without discrimination. I explain the reason to make you understand and I'm appreciated that you give a compliment about our bed. our team pay attention for any critical problem. I promise I won't let it happen again. Thank you for staying here 8icon Ao Nang, I'm so glad to have you all here. You kindly share us your experience. It's location just a short way from the main centre of Ao Nang, Friendly staff, Large reception area, Freshly cooked breakfast, Spacious room with comfy bed, Good shower and also Good complimentary selection of tea, coffee, sugar. I appreciated it. However, there's something you need our team to improve it so I have to explain about this. 1.Only 3 pillows not the four indicated, had to request another? I'm so sorry about this. The reason is we try to less detergent usage in our hotel as we just set up the new go green project. I'm truly sorry you felt differently, therefore, like to apologise. 2.A flashlight but that wasn't present? In actually, our team didn't provide flashlight because our generator system cover all lighting system, Aircon, Any appliance in room, water pumping system in any emergency case. 3.No latch on bathroom door? I'm so sorry you might not familiar with our doorknob in bathroom so please call zero our 24/7 staff will help you immediately. 4.No plug for wash basin? Thank you again for sharing this problem to our attention. Our team just highly think in aspect of guest's safety but not cover our guest's need. I terribly sorry about this. 5.Wifi very erratic? We just renovated our WiFi system on last March so some devices of our guest not compatible with. Our team will help you to bypass mode for guest who got problem with their devices. 6.Lighting not fantastic? From the start, our team plan to less energy as Green hotel so there's some area that design less electricity usage and the bathroom is the one of that so the same problem as no plug for wash basin. Our team just highly think in aspect of guest's safety but not cover our guest's need. I terribly sorry about this. 7.One annoying feature was the many announcements over loudspeaker to the cleaners as they came around? I'm sorry to hear that you've got the problem about noise from a radio of our housekeeping so they might unintentionally do it and thank you to share this to our attention. I will keep more training about this. Our team pays attention to every guest reviews that would share out the best service to our guest if you would be willing to give us a chance to turn your experience around.
