If there is a way to put in NEGATIVE or MINUS Stars, I would do it. This is the worse condo I have ever stayed in my entire life! And I can tell you why: 1) When we were swimming, there were construction workers who were barely clothed, staring at us from their apartment. 2) There are several units that are undergoing renovations. You can hear knocking and drilling noise throughout the day, even on weekends! 3) The TV reception was either weak or no signal. When I asked my property agent to inform the MCST office, I was told to get an Android box! 4) Not a single Grab driver knows how to come into the lobby area to pick us up. The Road signs and directions were confusing to these Grab drivers they told me. 5) My property agent gave me "Cloned" cards which the MCST is against and the Chair of the MCST threatened to evict me and my family!!!! I later found out that the MCST Chair is against my agent and the staff at the MCST office told me that he is an irresponsible agent. I was dragged into their war!!!! Both parties refused to talk to each other, they insisted that I pass messages to each other which I refused!!!! 6) The management office manager was rude and patronizing when I spoke to him!!!! Bottom line is this: DO NOT RENT THIS APARTMENT OR YOU WILL REGRET!!!!…

Stayed in apartment for a week in September. Overall a VERY UNPLEASANT stay. Firstly, host made a false accusation of me breaking something in the apartment, with insufficient evidence and without first going through the proper channels for an investigation. Secondly, when pinpointing that wrong information of the facilities were furnished by one of their staff, was asked to go look for the details myself within the building. Customer service?? Thirdly, at time of my stay, the Singapore TV channels were intermittent throughout, and the Malaysian channels can't be received at all. Good as having no TV at all. Fourthly, had some issues for checking-in as security guard keep asking me for access card which was placed in the unit by the host. Host could have contacted the security prior to check-in to avoid the hassle but didn't. Will certainly NOT RECOMMEND to stay here. If you must really stay here, I would strongly suggest that you take photos of the apartment at check-in to prevent accusations being made for something which you didn't do. …

Location is away from Woodlands checkpoint, approx about 20-30mins drive here, away from JB city area. Stayed here few times & the apartment always never disappoint us. Security here is quite tight and they do have their own carpark if you were to drive here. No shopping mall here at the moment. Apartment is similar to a condo which they rent out for guest booking. Do note they do not have front desk for check in. Upon booking, you will have to contact the hp number provided to you and there will be an auntie who will greet you at the lobby to do the check in for you. Definitely need the card access for the lift. Suite is really well maintain clean & tidy. Comes with balcony overview the pool below & able to see the Harbour Bay. Really look like a condo showroom. Bathroom comes with bathtub and room are separated with room, living room & they do have kitchenette for some light cooking too. Huge fridge to keep your drinks. Huge swimming pool. They do have minimart below at level 1 all under 1 roof but can be a bit pricey on certain things. Just opposite of the suite across the road, there is some eateries for dining. Surrounded with other hotels too. Great for stay-cay!…
