This is a private apartment in a condominium. "Checking in" was quite a pain as I had to first go collect my keys from an office in a different building , then drive over to Teega Residence, which is also not easy to find. Google maps pointed us to the rear entrance which did not have car park access. Each unit has a designated parking lot and so it was also a bit troublesome having to look for the one lot. In all, after getting lost a few times, we finally got to our unit after about 1 hour. It would have been much better if they had sent us detailed directions and a map beforehand. The unit itself was very nice. Clean and well furnished. Swimming pool was very nice and they also have a well equipped gym. I was disappointed that one of beds was actually smaller than queen size. There is only one small minimart in the development and no restaurant, although there is a supermarket and some restaurants in Teega Walk next door, 5 min walk away. Check out is at 11am, which is really too early compared to other places. …

Do NOT ever book this service apartment! Especially under the agent Sham! Firstly, we booked a room with queen-sized bed, single bed & a sofa bed but it turned out to be a lousy room with a small queen sized bed. The bedsheets and pillow cases did not look clean or changed. There was a smell. The place was dirty and littered with hair and it was dusty! Dust everywhere! On the fridge, stove, microwave, washing machine, table, tv console, dressing table. Leftover drinks, condensed milk in the fridge. Spilled drinks on the counter top and microwave. Kettle had leftover coffee inside. I had to wash multiple times. Pots were badly scratched and not able to be used. Cutlery and utensils were very dirty. Use at your own risk. Better not if you have young children. They do not provide washing detergent but the solid paste kind which had leftover food remains inside! Sponge and table cloth were wet and smelly! Really unhygienic. Water heater was totally non-existent. Even we turned it on the whole day, water was freezing cold. The second day was the nightmare. We came back tired and PIN number was changed and we were locked out for 2hours! Called and messaged Sham multiple times but she ignored the calls and messages. We called at 7+pm and she only returned messages at 2am. We tried to book nearby hotels but due to the long weekend holiday, every hotel was fully booked. We wanted to drive back to Singapore but our belongings were inside the unit. Luckily for the kind security manager n his staff, we managed to get hold of a new pin from the owner. It was a last minute decision to come for a short holiday and by the time we booked every nearby hotel was booked. It was the WORST decision to stay! Thumbs down to Sham the agent and the owner. Dirty and lousy apartment. The good reviews with them might be scams or made by themselves or friends. We heard from many visitors who booked under them had bad experiences too. A poor Korean family was locked out without a room and pin from 12 midnight to 4am! Also the lift broke down on the first day! Everyone had to climb up and down and I pitied the families with babies and prams. Do NOT book this place!…

Checkin like james bond by instructions i liked it though as there is no reciption services. The apartment just like home you will find everything there, and you have to do all your self. You will see no one during your stay as you are going to check out using the same instructions when you checked in. The apartment is brand new, and modern in furnature. Spacious with a spectacular harpour view. Equipped with smart TV and a very good wifi internet. The swimming pool is huge clean and very appealing to stay the whole day in it. Just next to heloketty and 1.7km from lego land which was our main suject coming in to Johor. I do recommend it for families and it can accomodate up to 6 persons comfortably

we got to be in JB to support an event. the kids were with us and they enjoyed the pool which is big and clean. the room is good enough to fit us and my sons enjoyed the sofa bed so much, and we couples can cuddle without any harassment from them.
