Dirty room, inadequate stuffs, poor management. Horrible experience, after 11am we didn't get breakfast so we bound to leave the hotel. The manager didn't even apologize. Though the breakfast was complementary, we didn't take that as they were delaying so much... So that should be their decency to less that breakfast !
We had booked 3 rooms for 2 nights with complimentary breakfast and checked in on 25.12.2021 evening. Our nightmare started on next day morning when we went for the breakfast. We choose Luchi ( poori ) sabji for all 7 of us. .After waiting for almost 20min and repeated reminders the waiter brought 12 poori in one plate , kept it on one of our table and left .. again we started chasing but the waiter did not bring the sabzi or the plates ... we were left with poori but no sabzi and after 10 min the poori also became cold. Other guests were also having similar experience and we decided to call the hotel owner . We informed about the whole fiasco but there was no action taken . At that moment we decided to leave the hotel as we realised that the hotel was not prepared to handle the number of guests who had the misfortune of selecting and checking into this hotel. Since our package was breakfast included , we requested the manager as well as the owner to give us the discount but they refused . We had to pay the hotel 7500/- and we had requested only a consideration of 500/- just as a token amount towards not serving the breakfast but they were so unprofessional and adamant that they refused and stuck to their full demand . Since it was not a matter of money , we paid them the full amount and left the hotel empty stomach and made arrangements at another hotel nearby for the rest of our stay. The whole fiasco wasted our whole first half of the day and disturbed our entire sight seeing program .. This is my worst ever hotel stay experience and I would not recommend anyone to even consider this hotel for stay..... As a regular traveller I understand that hotels at upcountry towns are not equipped with many manpower and they do find serving all their guests well during peak seasons but at least they need to have the courtesy to handle the situations..…
Pathetic room service including the service at the resturant..the hotel.is grossly understaffed and the hotel management gives a deaf ear to customer complaints..we went for a family vacation..a group of nine including three kids....the room service for dinner took abt 1.5 hrs to deliver with the kids starving...even a boiled egg at the resturant takes about 40 mins to deliver. And their free breakfast is also a hoax...for me as a traveller these issues are not expected and acceptable from a hotel. And also you cannot sleep in the rooms facing the main road due to the continous hors from speeding trucks and bus.This hotel is to be avoided until and unless you wanna spoil your vacation.
This hotel is 10-15 mins walking from the Berhampore Court railway station. It takes even less by e-rickshaws (locally knows as toto). Rs 10-15 depending on which side of the railway station you board the toto from and you are at the hotel. We had requested an early check in at 9 am and it was provided at no extra cost. The check-in did manage to put me off a bit because they were insistent on me and my fellow travellers putting down our fathers' name in the hotel register. They took photos of our ID and photocopied them. Then they proceeded to take photos of us. Their explanation - this is the rule set by the local police. The room itself was clean and well air conditioned. The bed well set and the linen was clean. The bathroom was spotless. A big thumbs up here. 3 people can stay in a double bedroom although it could feel a bit cramped. The hotel lifts and an in house restaurant which also offers room service at no extra cost. The food price might feel a bit on the higher side compared to the local prices but we left that it was worth the price. We had complimentary breakfast with our room and I would suggest you go for stuffed paratha (stuffed flatbread) or something similar. My friend got a toast and it was almost charred. The service was good but by no means 100%. We were a bit hesitant about this relatively new hotel because we were not able to read enough reviews about it. But having stayed there, I would recommend this hotel.…
