What a stunning surprise this inn was! Gorgeous property; rooms and outdoor space are both beautiful and meticulously maintained. And the staff couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. Food was excellent. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend staying at this property. The rooms and grounds are nice, new, and provide all of the modern comforts of home. The hospitality of the staff was over the top (from the warm towels upon arrival and after an excursion, cleaning our muddy boots after hiking, and making sure every little thing was attended to) - special thanks to Latifa and Jose for all of their hard work and assistance. The food was great, and the amenities everything you would want. The property is located right down the road from the new Ellen DeGeneres Campus, and it is a perfect location to all of the activities at Volcanoes National Park (driving to and from excursions is kept to a minimum from this location). We stayed during their soft opening, and they are scheduled to fully open the week after we left. As it is a new property, there were not many reviews online, but do not hesitate to book. We're pretty discerning, and I would definitely recommend. …

One of the best resorts we've stayed in so far. Virunga Inn & resorts delivered more than what we were expecting. You can wake up to the Volcanoes in the morning to a beautifully manicured balcony gardens. The place is idyllic, conveniently located 15 mins drive to volcanoes national park. The staff were excellent, catering to all our stated & unstated needs. Lathifa & Josee were stand outs, they were very caring and welcoming. Food was excellent and the owner of the property Mr. Saleem was personally present to receive us & made all the arrangements & was happy to accommodate our requests. Definitely a must stay if you are planning on visiting the majestic Gorillas in Volcanoes National Park. Can't thank our tour guide Mr. Iddy for recommending this place.

I had the pleasure of staying at Virunga Inn Resort & Spa. This is a very nice cozy location with a spectacular view of volcanos from the outdoor dining area. The staff is wonderful, very welcoming and are attentive to all your needs. I highly recommend this place if you plan to visit the Musanze district in Rwanda for hiking or Gorilla's tour. John H

One of the nicest hotels i visited in Rwanda, very well built, very modern with huge rooms, its located in a very beautiful area with views of the volcanoes. The food was excellent especially the the outdoor dinner buffet under the cool clear night sky under the stars. The service was excellent the staff are very friendly and professional. I am looking forward to my next visit
