Excellent.

Excellent location,very comfortable with being the only off season guest I had the four bed room all to myself,with fully equipped kitchen and markets and shops close by,my trip was fully enjoyable and memorable.The owner and son who speak English were some of the nicest people I had ever met.I also opted for the 20euro shuttle [by the owner ] which took any stress away from arriving in a new country.I can't wait to go back.Visoko valley,a truly unforgettable adventure.Thank you for everything...Keith.

At the foot of the pyramid of the Sun

Situated some 10-minute walk from the city center and the bazaar, and some 15 minutes from the pyramid of the Sun, the hostel has a favourable location. There is a small parking lot behind it, which isn't a private one, but you can always take a look at your car since all the rooms have a view to this side. Right next to the parking lot there is a nice small mosque. The muezzin's regular calls are not disturbing at all, definitely not worse than the hourly bell ringing would be in Rome ;) The hostel itself is pretty small, has a small reception and four rooms (four beds in each room). The receptionist is there only when guests are arriving/leaving or as previously agreed. We had our own keys to the entrance and met the receptionist (a very kind, elderly gentleman who spoke solely Bosnian) only when he prepared our breakfast. Downstairs there is a small kitchen with a fridge, water boiler and a small cooking plate if you feel like a cup of coffee or tea. Rooms vary in size. Our was very small, upstairs, with two beds and a bunk bed, two nightstands, a TV and a small wardrobe. It was equipped with air-conditioner and electric radiator for all cases. Free wifi is available, but it was OK only downstairs. All in all, it is a small hostel with fair capacity, ideal for backpackers. No wellness department, no room service, no fancy decoration, but this is a hostel, not the Grand Budapest Hotel :)…
