Great to work with, always responsive, pleasant, and accommodating! Had a weekly rental delivered and waiting upon arrival and changed pickup time to accommodate my needs. Golf cart was clean and dependable. Definitely a return customer!

We have used Edisto Bike and Golfcart over the past 3-4 years for both golf carts, bikes and bike accessories. We have never had anything but a pleasant experience, which is the way things should be, especially since the last thing you want to deal with on vacation is a hassle! Unfortunately we had major issues with the house we rented (Southern Fun, 3802 Scott Creek Dr, Edisto Realty) but the icing on the cake was waking up the day before we intended to leave to bed bugs. I called EBG to let them know they could pick up the bikes and golfcart we rented a day early and explained my situation. The girl on the phone was extremely empathetic and said she would talk to the owner about refunding our cost from the last day of rental that we would not be using. Later that day, my husband spoke with the owner’s daughter when she was picking up the golfcart and bikes, about our situation and again she was extremely empathetic. We never asked or expected a refund but received an email from EBG later that same day stating I had a refund in the amount equivalent to a 1 day golf/bike rental. Edisto Realty on the other hand took almost zero responsibility initially and only offered a 1 night refund when we encountered way more losses than that. They eventually told us it was up to the homeowner and we did get some money back but only after a huge headache. Edisto Realty could take a lesson (or 10!) from EBG on Customer Service!! Thankfully we own a home on Edisto and only rented to accommodate a larger group but will never rent from Edisto Realty again! I recommend EBG Rentals to all my friends and Family!!!!

Super easy to reserve online. Golf cart was at our house when we arrived and they picked it up when we left. Our golf cart was new and very nice. Very happy with our experience, will most definitely rent from them again.

Booking the golf cart rental was an easy process. I received a call when the golf cart was delivered. The cart was delivered earlier than expected which was nice. I had an issue with the initial golf cart, I gave them a call, and they brought me a new golf cart within 30 minutes of calling. They were apologetic about causing any inconvenience. Great customer service! I plan to use them again for our future trips!

We rented a golf cart for 3 days. Free delivery and pickup was so convenient, and the golf cart worked flawlessly, Had no problems renting or returning - only wish they had a 7-day rental available. Call far ahead of time to be sure to reserve what you need.

our biking experience could not have been any better! they are rally nice folks, friendly, attentive, and very professional. we said MANY times how glad we were to rent the golf cart. perfect way to explore the island, travel to eat and catch the sunset. same with the bikes. all worked perfectly. as busy as they were at edisto bike, they return calls and answered any questions. we love edisto and will definitely get a cart and bikes again from edisto bike rental. five stars !!!!!!

We rented a golf cart and had excellent service. The goft cart was waiting on us when we arrived at our rental. Excellent customer service. We will definitely be renting from them everytime we visit Edisto.
