Now, this is a great family outing! What fun we had. This complex is well put-together for the fan (family) experience.

The parking was free this time! We had to bring our items in a clear bag instead of a tote bag. We could bring in sealed water bottles. We love the atmosphere in this ballpark. Everybody is so friendly. It is fun to see the players signing autographs before the game during Spring Training.

Nothing like spring training and trying to sort out the talent, or lack of it, that the Mariners will be sending out on the field. Those of us in the Pacific Northwest esp. love spring training as a respite from the cold and rain we've just endured over the winter. This year, sadly, Cactus League play only lasted a short while before the pandemic shut things down. We were fortunate enough to enjoy a few games at Peoria before they pulled the plug. It had been a few years since our last visit and we really were impressed by the remodel, which seemed to include more commons areas for viewing the games, better seating, and just a more expansive feeling. We really liked being able to walk over from our hotel any time of day and watch workouts as well as games. The team store is fun, but the last 2 times I've visited, I'm jealous that the San Diego Padres have much more interesting attire than the M's. Anyway, we enjoyed the dining venues (except for the prices have gone up) at the park and the truly friendly vibe. We also liked that a seat at this ballpark is less expensive than many of the spring training venues. Seems to be plenty of parking and lots of nearby places to dine & shop before and after a game. Hope to visit again a few years.

So you must know I am not a super baseball fanatic as my husband. So what I saw when we arrived was a very organized method to help people park efficiently. Line went fast to get in and there was so much help to show us where to go. Everything was clean. The seating was comfortable and in the shade behind home plate.
Food and drinks- well they had many options. There was virtually no waiting. I only wish they had more napkins and more of a box type tray to carry drinks and food. This would make it easier to eat. If you didn’t want to leave your seats they bring around drinks and some food options. Prices were ball park prices.
There was a nice crowd and lots of spirit. This was a wonderful event for a family.
As it thinned out towards the end you could see the birds come down to snack.

I have looked forward to seeing Spring Training my entire adult life, and finally, I was able to partake. Watching Major League Baseball is a passion of mine, and I was able to see the Seattle Mariners on a gorgeous, sunny pleasant day. This was a real treat. The only downside is we were given tickets behind a railing which was never explained to us. In essence, it was an obstructed view. With a back back and neck, this was problematic. Otherwise, this was a nice experience, the ushers and vendors are extremely friendly, and the seats were reasonably close to the field. One lady was hurt by a foul ball, and the usher in that section continued to bring her ice packs over a couple of innings. If you lake baseball, this is a great way to spend an afternoon.

Nothing better than to catch a spring training game in the Sports Complex, home to both the padres and the Mariners. Weather in March is always perfect, they have a surprisingly good collection of food and beer, and there is not a bad seat anywhere!

Great venue for watching the Mariners. We had great seats in the 109 section and were able to have a close up view of the players. Parking was $5.00.

It was our first time at a spring training venue and I must admit I was impressed. Beside the beautiful field and stands there were plenty of food venues and even a playground & splash pad for kids. Even though the temp was 72 degrees it was quite hot in the sun so we did have to get up a few times. (BTW there is sunscreen in the restrooms) One of the areas that I really liked was the covered standing area near the outfield. It was a great place to stretch your legs, see the game & get out of the sun. I wish we had gone to the area right below it because you pay $5 to get in and you receive a voucher for a beer and/or soda. That is the cost for a drink alone. Unfortunately by the time we decided to go there around the 5th inning there was no place to sit. It was a great day to enjoy a ball game with friends.

Gorgeous weather. Beautiful ball park. Cubs 16-12 over the Mariners. The only one who wins during a 16-12 spring training game that lasts 4 hours is ME!

The sports complex is more than that. There is a small man made lake with fishing. Ramada's and picnic tables. Four dog parks/ two for large dogs two for small. And a summer water feature and pours water over people trying to beat the heat. Close to a circle K
