Nice mall but the only downside to this mall is its huge size. There are so many shops and restaurants from G1 to G5 that I'd doubt you could cover it in a day. Plus, it's a nice-looking mall, unlike your typical shoe box-type mall.

Told me that the food was great but when i taste it....just a normal food that makes you full nothing more. Food is not enjoyable. Noodles were not properly cooked. The black pepper beef was just like a rubber on pepper sauce.

Hope this was due to the covid thing. But will not eat here again.

This is a massive generic mid-range mall in the centre of Makati in the Ayala Centre. All the usual generic shops you'd expect to find in similar places anywhere else in the world. We had a nitro coffee at Nitro 7 and went to the supermarket whilst here. Quite busy on the weekends it seems.

It’s too confusing .... asked for a map at help desk... none available.... half levels.... full escalators.... half escalators.... corridors leading offf to other shopping centres.... signage very vague about where to go..... you get lost really easily.... but still found some great bargains....!,,,,

We stayed at Holiday Inn Makati which is right next to Glorietta. This shopping mall is a low rise sprawling complex with every kind of shop one can imagine.
It is connected via a footbridge to Landmark and SM department stores.
An ideal place for one stop shopping.
Plenty of food options too.

If you want a one stop mall that’s got everything you need in an unassuming kind of way, head on to this mall for a no fuss shopping and dining experience.
Be sure to check out their featured events at the activity center and also their newly renovated food court

The Mall of Makati, Central Business District of the Philippines connecting 2 Department Stores, Landmark & SM where you can buy native food/gifts. This mall has 2 catholic chapels, 2supermarkets, 7cinemas with about 180seats each, 2entertainment areas, salons, barber shops, clinics, pharmacies, restaurants, bookstores, retails shops, information counters, lots of coffee shops/milk teas and different Native/Asian cuisines and cuisines from around the world.

This mall is owned and operated by the Ayala's, a group know for operating malls around the Philippines of high standards.

Around the malls are several hotels like holiday inn, shangrila, hotel nikko and condo's some are on Airbnb.

This mall can be accessed by the Metro Rail Transit (Ayala station), Bus stops, jeepneys.

They have their own security guards along the streets and in the malls. All mall entrance requires customers to open their bags for security check but do look after your personal belongings for your own safety.

Glorietta has been one of the most frequented malls in Makati for many years. But as a result it has lost a lot of it's structure and charm giving it a somewhat boring feel. Yes, stores are mostly up to date and there are many shops and restaurants to choose from. But when you've gone there as often as me you tend to notice things like the pale walls, old flooring and aging structures. It's hard to believe that other malls like Robinson's, SM and Powerplant have done several rennovations and expansions while Glorietta seems to have remained mostly the same. It can also become quite crowded which can be off-putting if you aren't one for areas with a lot of people.
On the plus side, I do come here often since it has a lot of places to get things done: bill payment, money exchange, shopping and food. It is also connected to SM Makati, The Landmark and is on the way to Greenbelt so it is also an easy place to go to on days where you have a lot on your "To Do" list. I suppose I would still recommend this to travelers who don't mind the things mentioned above. Overall, I would say it is a great mall for convenience, but my personal opinion would be that they need to step up their game if they intend to compete with newer or more rennovated malls.

It's big with plenty of great shopping, one thing I appreciated about it was the space even during the peek Christmas period there is plenty of space to move around some very good restaurants on the second level.
