Extremely poor sign posting guidance getting in and out of Mall.
Underground carpark - no signs telling you where to enter Mall & for which stores.
As with all international Malls, sign boarding brilliant - here nothing.
No benches around the Mall to on - unlike international Malls. Think f the tired screaming child, think of the husband who just wishes to sit whilst his better half ‘browses’. Think of the elderly who just wish .gather themselves.
Signage & seats.
We would have felt less overwhelmed had we known who and where.

This is the biggest and best mall I have ever been. It is truly an amazing place.
To visit and enjoy all you would need two days.
You cannot get unsatisfied or annoyed.

Two Rivers Mall is a good mall, lots of stores for good shopping. As we arrived, my wife dropped her phone in a drainage ditch. Several security guards, including one of the top security personnel named Steve responded to assist. He formed a small crew of about 7-8 people to recover the phone. They tore up the metal covers, and had someone crawl about 30 feet into the sewer to recover the phone. They went above and beyond to help us, we were so grateful! In total, it took a couple hours to retrieve the phone, but Steve made it his personal mission to make sure we got our property back. Thanks so much Steve and the operations staff of Two Rivers Mall. You guys are awesome!

I have visited most of the malls in Kenya and I can attest to the fact that Two Rivers is among the best due to to the variety offered. When it comes to shops, including internationally known brands, this is the place to find them. The variety in eateries is also great , while there is also a large variety of fun activities to pick from. If looking for a place to spend time with family, try Two Rivers.
The security is top notch.

The mall has many shops therefore good for shopping and also places to eat out like spur which has the best pork I've tasted so far and pizza inn. The environment is also nice and the washrooms are also very well kept. There is also plenty of activities even for adults like the ferris wheel.. lovely place for dates too

A fun filled place with lots of activities to do. Be ready to have fun, the Flume Ride was fun, and the Eye of Nairobi gives you view of the City.
The place makes you feel lively and for an adult, you get the childhood fun you missed. X

Very nicely done mall with all the necessary amenities, attraction and amusement to keep you glued. The hotel livens up during the weekend and all walks of life visit this establishment. Its fun to be in and very safe and secure. I recommend in particular Carrer Four Supermarket which has everything at very very competitive price not to mention a promotion that is relevant to your needs each and every time! Nobody else can match this.
