Pacific tours drove my wife and I from Liberia, Costa Rica to Leon Nicaragua and back. They guided us at the Nicaragua/Costa Rica border crossing and all points in between. The drivers were friendly, helpful and very professional. I would definitely use them again.

Fernando from Pacific Tours took me twice between Managua and Granada. He was always on point and drove calmly which gave me a safe and comfortable feeling. If you want you can have interesting conversations and you can experience a lot of Nicaragua.

We had a great experience. Our flight was delayed to Managua airport and Fernando was checking our flight and didn’t mind waiting until 3am! He was very kind and professional. I would recommend this service to anyone visiting Nicaragua needing a ride.

During our trip to Nicaragua, they helped us getting everywhere we needed. They were response, on time and made any transport we needed happen. They were very reliable and made us feel safe and comfortable the whole time. Could recommend them enough whether you need help crossing the boarder or anywhere within the country they were great had good music and great cars!

We were referred by a friend and man I am glad we took their advice! Jonaton was amazing. We were held up at customs and he was there ready to get us out of the airport swiftly. He was a consumate pro from start to finish. We highly recommend without hesitation.

We always travel with Alex Ruiz. The team is very professional, courteous, and reliable. They make a hectic travel day very relaxing and enjoyable, sharing little local tips and accommodating our needs with young children, and with nice vehicles the drive is always pleasant. Always recommend these guys!

From Tamarindo CR to popoyo. Solo traveler with surfboard. It’s so easy and stress free . My driver was even 25 minutes early for my pick up. Door to door

Saturday, 23 March, many flights into and out of Miami were cancelled due to extreme weather Friday and into Saturday morning...including a flight for my team of 21 people scheduled for 1:09pm from MGA to MIA. Even acting quickly, the best American Airlines could do from MGA was to get some of us home on Weds and others on Thurs (4 & 5 days later). Thankfully, we were able to get on Delta flights out of LIR/Guanacaste CR on Sunday afternoon...next challenge was to find transportation to/through the border and hotel rooms somewhere near LIR.
Enter Alex and his Pacific Tours team...who hit a home run, again! This team was extremely helpful during Covid restrictions to get us in/out of Nicaragua without difficulty so we immediately turned to him with this request -- get 21 of us to the border, through Nica & CR customs/immigration and then onto our hotel in CR....and oh yeah, we need to do it tonight. Alex worked quickly on his end to secure 2 minibus/vans, almost new, with great drivers (shout out to Carlos & Alejandro I believe). Carlos actually helped us entirely through Nicaragua Immigration and Customs (at night this was EXTREMELY helpful). When we got through the DMZ between Nica and CR, Ramon (driver on CR side) met us and helped us entirely through CR Immigration and Customs. UNBELIEVABLE...we took 21 people through both and in our vans driving in less than 45 minutes!!! It would not have been nearly as quick without Carlos and then Ramon pointing us in the right direction and even talking to the Immigration agents about what was happening.
Can you find cheaper alternatives? Maybe. Can you find better customer service and attention to detail? Not likely. I'll choose Alex and his team EVERY TIME when I need this type of assistance in Nicaragua or Costa Rica.

Exceptional service.
We had a flat tire and were late meeting up with our driver. He was very nice and drove us from the Managua airport to the Nicaragua/Costa Rica border. He was very helpful with our luggage and helping us get through the border. Then we were met on the Costa Rican side with the new driver who was also very friendly and helpful. He drove us from the border to our resort. I would highly recommend this company. They are prompt, helpful and very friendly.
