Our tour is in Belém quarter, by the river. It is not in the city centre, and you can easily understand why. Lisboa isbthe city of the 7 hills, is always up and down. Other reason is that a bike with capacity for 18 persons in the middle of the traffic, will be stucked since the begginning until the end of the hour of the tour. There are other reasons, but it dependa of the group we're speaking.
