great staff night out with popworld merch given out for all our guests, staff friendly on arrival and drinks served quickly given it was a busy night with artful dodger performing

Great night out with artful dodger as special guest, friendly door staff and fast service at the bar.

Best experience on a night out I could ask for. Came in on a Saturday night with my friends for their birthday. Door staff were really friendly and welcoming. They asked for the manager as they saw we had a birthday. Managers got us straight through the q and into a booth. We didn't spend much but staff made our party feel very special with sparklers, dj shoutout, loads of merch for the table too! Thank you guys, cant wait to visit again.

best night ever shoutout to will dillion and ellis keep them drinks coming, they made sure we were taken care of, love this place bingo was amazing defo coming back

Cane for bingo with the drag queen. Was so much fun. Doorman really friendly when I arrived (which you dont see often) and had an issue spoke the the manager and sorted straight away. Will be back next time I’m in the area

Bar staff were great, 10/10 service. Ellis is a great hire, bringing the vibe. Credit to the company.

yeah don’t bother coming here. my drink got taken when it was full. manager and bar staff lied and said people on my table authorised it when they didn’t. when i brought them up to tell them that, they accused us of interrupting them and not being able to have a conversation. when the manager laughed in our face and completely ignored us. brought the most expensive drink too!!!! actually ridiculous. every other time i’ve had this happen in other bars , i’ve had it remade with no issues. completely ruined my night and the manager needs a lesson on attitude and customer service!!!! i imagine he thought i was drunk when i was very much sober. it takes a lot for me to actually feel slightly tipsy let alone drunk!!!!! so absolutely god knows why he was on some power trip !!!! he needs bringing back to earth and actually listen to people when they have issues!!!!!! vile behaviour. he was so rude to both me and my mother who was at the table the entire time!!!!!! we were so calm and reasonable until he was laughing at us, telling us we were interrupting him when we wasn’t, telling us we weren’t listening when it was him not listening , and then starting serving people and ignored us and my issue.
solihull club scene is dying with only two bars and one of them treats their customers disgracefully!!! no wonder it was half empty… about 30 people in there at 1.15 AM. don’t waste your time or money coming here and go up town. much better service and atmosphere and options in birmingham city centre so go there instead. the tables are all cornered off with not even a single soul sitting in them…. and i think my bedroom is bigger than this place!!! it’s tiny.
and to top it all off.. when i commented this on their facebook, they deleted my
comment and blocked me. shows really that they are guilty. i’ll never come here again. and i originally left a good review for this place but not anymore !!

I love popworld solihulll. The best 🙂 this is my favourite place in the whole wide world I’ve been every city in the world and I still get dragged back to popworld wow what a place.
