Me and a few friends have been more than a couple of times over the last year and I can say without a doubt it's definitely one of my favourite attractions in Birmingham - the building itself is a bit lackluster and leaves something to be desired but there's an obvious amount of effort put into trying to make the place look nice by the staff and for that I can appreciate it.
We're planning on heading back sometime soon to try out the new Christmas version of their zombie game.
As for the staff, this is a bit of a tricky one in all honesty which is why I'll keep the review as five stars - Jamie is absolutely brilliant and has been a pleasure to have a chat with, especially considering we've been a few times it's always nice to have someone have a chat about your game and actually get involved with your group a little bit, but some staff members aren't so chatty (which is fine) but you definitely expect a bit more excitement and engagement when in a place like this.
I think if they can find the right staff the place would do a lot better

Visited to complete the Alice in Wonderland VR with my sister.
I have done VR previously (although a while back) and really wanted to enjoy this but unfortunately we didn't have a great experience.
When first arriving I noticed that the toilets weren't in the best state with the bins overflowing in there, feeling more like a public toilets. This is not something that usually bothers me as I've seen a lot worse, but for the type of place we were visiting and for the price I wasn't expecting it to be like that.
After our game beginning 15 minutes later than expected, waiting 30 minutes after arriving, on starting the game, there was no introduction on what to do with the remote (until I asked after headset had been put on), or what the VR experience entailed. After standing there for a while with my headset on, thinking the staff member was explaining it to my sister before myself, and before it began, I asked if it had started, and the staff member let me know it had but with no explanation of what to expect or what we had to do. It probably didn't help that my sound wasn't working, which I then asked the staff member to fix.
A little explanation of the game itself, being an escape room, and what the aim was for the game would have gone a long way (whether this was from the staff member or on the game itself). Because of this I felt so much time was wasted just walking about and trying to figure out what it actually was, along with the wasted time at the start, so it was not value for money at all. In previous VR experiences elsewhere, I have had a full introduction at the start, and staff keep an eye on the game throughout, talking and let you know if they feel you are struggling/ if there were any technical issues, without having to ask. For instance, half way through my sister who I was playing the game with, I noticed her character was lay on the floor in the game, meaning she had essentially 'errored', which again had not been noticed by staff, and had to be asked to then ask to fix this, wasting more time. On finishing the game, I waited for the staff member to ask how we got on, to hopefully gain an explanation of why there were mistakes but we were not asked on leaving, which just made the experience feel like customer satisfaction wasn't the most important here.
As previously mentioned, I really wanted to enjoy this experience, and I'm sure it could have been a one off/ other games in there are better e.g., the group ones, but at an expensive cost of £70 for an hour, and not the best customer service, I would personally recommend to go elsewhere, as unfortuantely, I was disappointed with our experience here. I paid the same price for the Birmingham City Centre VR which is more accessible, clean, and I had an experience which was clear throughout.

Just recently visited ZeroLatencyVR in Birmingham, I was nonstop laughing at my girlfriend and her sister as they screamed through the whole venue in fear.
Highly recommend!
Our games master Jamie did a great job of explaining everything and did a fantastic job looking catering for us.

I booked for my niece & me and got in touch beforehand to ask some questions to make sure I booked the right experiences. Neither of us had tried VR on this scale before. I told them I really liked the look of the Alice in Wonderland escape room but the website rated it as quite hard. I was recommended “Dagger of time” as the best one to start with as it was easier and age appropriate for my niece. To cut a long story short, it was grim. We found it really difficult & frustrating and didn’t get half way through it by the end of the hour. It was a bit blurry and we both came out feeling sick. I was pouring with sweat. The man who ran the game said “oh you should have started with something much easier like the Alice in Wonderland one!” You can imagine how I felt about that.
There didn’t seem to be any sanitising of equipment between users or if there was, it wasn’t mentioned.
Tip: if you’re going to try this, take travel sickness pills. I’ve since spoken to others who said they too feel really sick doing VR.
Good points: staff were quite friendly and we enjoyed the quest arena game (Arrowsong) we did before the escape room.
Summary: I paid £75 and drove for an hour for an experience that was pretty unpleasant. I emailed their customer service team with my feedback. They should at least know that they’re giving out poor advice. No response. An apology would have been appreciated.

Just a shame we booked as a group of 9. But couldn’t play as 9. You should book as groups of 6 if that’s all you can hold. I get there is safety involved but shouldn’t let the booking go through then.

Had a brilliant time. Such a good laugh, my son (9) and my mum (65) loved it. Definitely recommend, will 100% be back, the lads working there were friendly and helpful

Mixed feelings about meetspaceVR. Booked as part of a buyagiftvoucher and we chose the Virtual reality escape room for 2 with drinks. The place is a bit strange, at the bottom end of broad street which is a bit out the way and very easy to miss the entrance. It looks very unfinished when you get inside - which may be the style they are going for but we didn’t think it gave a great first impression as doesn’t look very appealing. Looks nothing like the pictures online.
We booked the package with drinks - however no drinks were offered to us so we missed out on this. We realised this afterwards and felt a bit disappointed that these weren’t offered to us - especially considering the whole thing cost £70 !
The VR escape game itself is very good - extremely realistic & was a good laugh doing it together. Also had help from the staff when needed.
Would say that it seems extremely expensive for what it is - and we came away feeling a little underwhelmed and disappointed.

Was bought a VR experience as a present and took my cousins lad with me and we had a great time.
Neil was our Games Master and was really helpful, would like to come back and try some of the other experiences

I booked this as a pre-Christmas family outing for my two sons 12 and 10. We were given a warm welcome on arrival and introduced to our Games Master Neil. We arrived early so were able to relax in the seating area and played a few games of Mario Kart on the Nintendo switch which was a lovely addition to our experience.
Neil talked us through the equipment and gave us an introduction. He was very kid friendly and knowledgeable. We started our VR experience and soon got the hang of things and what we needed to do. It was AMAZING and we all loved it. Especially Santas sleigh. I highly recommend this for families. It is wonderful.
It’s a lovely place and staff were very friendly. Can’t wait to come back.

I’ve just taken my 13 year old some to this having done nothing like this before we both didn’t know what to expect, but I have to say the experience was great!
Well organised and pleasant staff.
My son said it was ‘the best 30mins of his year’ so I don’t need to say any more.
We will return.
