I tend to go here often with the Mrs but it’s an amazing place and so hospitable Andy looked after us and he’s always cheery. Great person thank you Andy. Definitely would recommend the VR HERE.

The games were amazing, the staff were so friendly. The drinks and snacks were so affordable. The game tokens were so cheap and the prizes are great quality.

We had a great time here today. The games are really good and are easy to use as all the tokens and tickets are on a card.
The VR experience was so good and I’d definitely recommend it.
There are offers on at certain times so worth looking at that.
The staff were lovely, especially Andy who made sure that we were having a good time and was very helpful.
I will definitely go again.

It was so fun and there's a huge variety of games! Great environment for kids and also just a chill night out. It was very clean and accessible, perfect for a rainy day

the arcade was very clean and so much fun for the whole family! i recommend looking online for the vouchers so you get more bang for your buck!

Superb time at Vortex with my 6yr old boy!! Was particularly impressed by Andy who looked after my son on the VR games, super helpful and friendly! My son did not want to leave 🙌

Lots of the usual games but this time ticketing and paying is all cashless. Charge up the card and spend and collect on the same card. kids enjoyed it. We did not do any VR. The staff were friendly. The 'prizes' are the usual crap... But happy-kids happy -dad!

Hi there, our VR spheres have a recommended minimum age of 7 years, and the Omni a minimum age of 12 years due to the height restrictions. However both are down to the parent or guardian's discretion and our crew will be happy to advise if you're unsure. Thank you!

I’d like to try out the zombie VR experience on the omni. How long does each gaming session last? Is there only one omni treadmill, or several? If you have several, would group games be possible? Cheers!

Hi! There are games in Vortex and in Pixel (on the lower ground floor) that are suitable for all ages. Pixel may be more suited to younger age groups. Enjoy your visit!
