Excelente e fácil!

Não sou um esquiador experiente, mas fiquei impressionado ao conhecer La Plagne, principalmente pelo tamanho, pela infraestrutura e pela quantidade de pistas azuis! Se você é iniciante, recomendo! Se é experiente, vai gostar da quantidade de off-pist.
Também tem uma série de opções de hotéis próximos às pistas!
Fui na primeira semana de março e peguei ótima neve em todas as pistas.
Não é um lugar barato, mas vale a pena!

O serviço do escritório do elevador no Aime 2000 é inigualável. Quando nosso amigo se atrasou no Reino Unido com nossos ingressos de teleférico, um simples e-mail foi o suficiente para que novos passes nos fossem fornecidos. Eles estavam esperando por nós quando entramos no escritório do elevador. Ótimo serviço bem feito.

Nós dirigimos para Belle Plagne duas vezes. Em ambas as ocasiões, a movimentação local estava incrivelmente concentrada. Adicione de 2 a 3 horas a qualquer que seja sua estimativa de navegação por satélite.

Hello, road traffic can indeed be very slow during school holidays (usually Saturdays). If possible, you should arrive on a Sunday or Friday evening to avoid traffic jams. Tivemos um grande momento, boa sinalização, boa neve, em geral os elevadores funcionaram sem problemas. Eles poderiam melhorar a detecção de condições de execução abaixo do padrão, pois um de nós teve uma queda grave devido às condições ruins do declive e talvez alguns reparos na cerca. Adoramos as sessões de trenó à noite! Isso deveria ser mais divulgado!

Excelente área para Esqui/Snowboard, a pitoresca little town com muito poucas lojas e bares - scotties sendo o melhor bar inglês, com adorável comida e um grande "après ski atmosfera! Você também pode pegar o teleférico até Aime para a pista de mais lojas e restaurante e a patinação no gelo. Nas proximidades, encontrará o bobsleigh, paraskiing e muitas coisas para fazer. La Plagne tem um grande parque de esqui para os esquiadores e praticantes mais experientes!

Eu não consigo depósito e são tão medo de esqui foi um milagre que eu mesmo decidi ir. Mas após a minha primeira vez em La Plagne Ski Resort I fell adorar com esqui. As pistas são surpreendentes e pode mesmo ir até o topo de uma das montanhas e gerir o seu caminho para baixo sobre as pistas azuis únicos. Incrível! Algo que eu realmente gostei foi o tamanho das pistas, não sinta que está indo para tirar a alguém, muito espaço para todos. E você pode tomar a cabine para o topo e mantenha-se nas pistas durante todo o dia se você quiser e só ir até o seu carro no final do dia se você quiser. Existem elevadores em todos os lugares para o levar a novas faces das montanhas em quaisquer instruções.

Hi, If comparing early Jan and mid-late march which generally is better for Skiing/Snow/Busy-ness in La Plagne? We are a couple and like a pretty chilled skiing holiday so any places to avoid? Thanks in advanced?

Hello Isabelle, Both early january and mid-late march are oustide french school holidays, so less busy periods. Both periods are quite good for snow. Concerning places to go, Bellecote is the village well knowed for concentrating a lot of traffic. Plagne Centre is central in La Plagne area. If you want to enjoy a more traditionnal village, I would recommend you to choose one of the medium altitude villages : La Plagne Champagny en Vanoise, La Plagne Montalbert or La Plagne Montchavin les Coches. The last one is central to the Paradiski are, if you want to go accross to Les Arcs. Do not hesitate to call to our online travel agency La Plagne Resort ( +33 4 79 09 79 79), they would be happy to help you to find the righ accomodation in the right period for you. Most ski schools in France are run by "Ecole de Ski Francais". Well respected and really good instructors. I cannot post a site but you can find it this way - esf net

Hi When staying in Belle Plagne, is it possible to get to Plagne Center without skis on? I have read you have to take the Telecabine lift, but I don't know if this would require skiing to to lift/ from the lift to the shuttle that then takes you to Plagne Centre. We may have to pick up our skis from Plagne Center, but staying in Belle Plagne, so just trying to work out how to do the route without skis on. Cheers

Hello, yes when you are in Belle Plagne, it is possible to get to Plagne Centre without skis on. There are free shuttles between the different villages and the gondola between Plagne Bellecôte and Plagne village is one of them (pedestrian-friendly). The gondola leave from Belle Plagne you can join it by foot and then join the shuttle of Bellecôte from the arrival of the gondola by foot too. Do not hesitate if you need anything else. La Plagne: Paradiski actually have a live webcam so you're able to see what the snow is like during the day and night. TripAdvisor does not permit links so I would recommend googling "la plagne live webcam". Hope this helps!

I have been to lacplagne 25 + times at least and every kid in ski school seems to be enjoying it.

We are staying in La Plagne in late March. We are happy to travel to the resort but would like to stay in a town or village that is both pretty and has some nightlife - i.e. bars/restaurants. I hear La Plagne is more "functional" and is great for skiing, but am interested in any ideas for something different

Hi, We were in Belle Plagne last week, its at 2000m so snow and slopes good but I agree with the term 'functional' for the whole resort really. Belle Plagne is supposed to be the prettiest which is why we had to pay tourist tax of 17euro pp each !! (those in other areas paid 7euro pp). There were a few bars but all a bit of a trek from our chalet.

We were there from 19-26 jan and the queues were excellent maybe a 30 second wait with some going straight on. Am afraid I can’t answer for new year week as we weren’t there. Sorry
