Super helpful in making sure me and my party knew where to go and how to safely navigate the city on our bikes. Handy map, friendly personalities. Would highly recommend!

This was the perfect way to see Victoria ! We only had 3 hours in the evening from our cruise ship stop. We rented the bikes and the effervescent personality of Matt Mills ( rental dude) was so kind to navigate us through the map and let us know how to take full advantage of our time spent! He was awesome as was Victoria! Very bike friendly everywhere you go! Please , do yourself the favor and book with these guys! ❤️❤️❤️

Stepped off the cruise and saw Victoria Bike Rentals. This was the perfect way to see Victoria in the few hours we had on a Saturday evening. Renting was easy and the cost was very reasonable. We were glad to have saved time and energy by biking instead of walking

If you're visiting by cruise ship, renting a bike here is great as its right at the terminal. It's a bit of a walk from the cruise terminal into downtown or any of the points of interest in Victoria - so a bike is a great way to make the most of your time and a wonderful way to see this beautiful city. The bikes are in great shape and very comfortable to ride. Matt helped us with our rentals and provided us a great itinerary to follow. Only wish is that we had more time here. Would definitely rent from Victoria Bike Rentals again.

100 % recommended to ride around victoria by bike, the victoria bike rentals service was excellent, the bikes are in good condition, they changed us twice the size so that we were comfortable on the tour! I would rent with them again.

Our cruise stopped in Victoria and we decided to go see the city. Saw this place just after the terminal and decided to give it a try. Best decision. Matt was fantastic in setting us up and helping us get to the highlights. Even recommended a little ice cream stand across from the Parliament Building by the harbor. Great recommendation.

Wonderful time touring Victoria on a five-hour port with our cruise. Matt was SUPER helpful, gave us ideas of where to go. Bikes were great. Good condition. We had no plans at this port and it turned out to be one of the most fun! Exercise and fresh air after too much food. Bikes shifted well so not too difficult. A lot of nice bike lanes with concrete dividers separate you from drivers. We stayed out until past 10 pm because of the long summer day. Highly recommend!

Very good availability. We were able to call and have bikes in the next 15 minutes. Also there is a parking for the car. They also suggested us a couple places to visit wich were very nice.

Renting out a bike in Victoria was the best decision we made. Our guide offered us bikes that were suited to our size. My clumsy self fell off before my group set out to explore & our guide was kind enough to offer some supplies to treat my wound. Regardless, the bikes were easy to ride & saved a lot of walking. Biking alongside the beach was beautiful & so were the sites. You won’t regret it.

Thanks for the question. Our prices vary on length of time, and time of day. As we have more theft and issues at night, the price changes slightly. Also, a 4 hour rental and an 10 hour rental would have slightly different price point also. I understand your view, but its difficult to explain that, we make it clear on the site, if there are any questions, to please contact me... I am trying to figure that out. Thanks again!

How much was the rental fee and did you have to reserve it in advance?? How much can you see in 2 hours and how easy is it to ride out of the pier area? We are coming in on a cruise next week so we were thinking about doing the same thing, but our ship doesn't dock until 5:30PM. Thanks!
