Exceeded My Expectations!
From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and pampered. The facial I had exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend this spa to all my friends and family!

Average spa and service but not terrible. The music in the massage room was static and had to be turned off and it just isn’t the leave of spas I’ve been to at other Fairmont hotels. It doesn’t have much for amenities in the change room and there isn’t anything that makes it more than a normal spa. The massage therapist was excellent though.

The massage service was excellent but the overall experience left a little to be desired. The amenities in the locker room were non existent (you had to request everything). The water in the taps (sink) was cool and you had to activate with a sensor not a tap (not great for a shave). No extra towels anywhere. In the waiting room for the spa there used to be fresh fruit , peanuts and dried fruit. Now just dried fruit kind of cheap. The jacuzzi (pool) in the main pool area was not working and this would have been nice to know in advance as it was sold as a feature that we could use when we were there for our massage.

We've taken your feedback and added additional towels in the changeroom, upon request we can hand out as many amenities as you would use ,sensor activated tap is also a choice to opt in for sustainability. Amazing spa experience

Willow stream Spa is by far the best spa experience I have ever encountered. The staff are all so friendly and attentive. I went for the tranquillow facial and I have never felt so relaxed. Lesley was amazing and she made me feel so comfortable, checking in with me throughout the whole experience. 10/10.

My go-to Spa for total relaxation
Always a relaxing visit at the Willow Stream Spa at the Empress in Victoria BC. From the attentive check-in until the end of my visits, I feel very well cared for! On this day, I booked a pedi and a facial after taking time in the steam room and mineral pool...fantastic! I was so relaxed, I felt I was melting into the warmed bed during my facial. Super amenities, awesome staff (Angie) and never a feeling of being rushed out. I have my appointment already booked for May.

Excellent spa on Victoria’s waterfront

We had a fabulous morning spent here. We checked in, were given a tour of the space and the amenities available before our treatments. Serene setting and the massage I had was perfect. The massage bed was heated and outfitted with a duvet. The tea in the lounge was delicious.

I booked a deep tissue massage with Alex and it was fabulous! He was very informative and skilled. All of my concerns were addressed yet it was still a very relaxing massage experience. Highly recommend!
The rest of the staff at the spa were extremely friendly and professional as well. Always a very clean and comfortable atmosphere.

A great experience at Willow Stream Spa

I was given a gift certificate for the Willow Stream spa for Christmas and I finally found time to go. That and having practices to keep clients and workers safe inspired me to use the certificate. I had the 75 minute relaxation massage. The spa is lovely and the massage was wonderful. I'd recommend this spa any day!

Add the extra spa experience - worth it!

Booked His & Her pedicures for some R&R. We opted to add the ‘Spa Experience’ and wow was it worth it.
We enjoyed the mineral bath and hot tub VERY much! Talk about R&R!
Our pedicures weren’t done at the same time, as we knew when we booked so we each had some private down time to relax.
Spa was clean, Riona did both our pedicures. Super friendly. Super accommodating.
