I bought a bracelet last week from Carlos,Mexican opals. I paid 200.00 for the bracelet. This week, I wore it for the first time and one of the opal pieces fell out!!!
I am so upset,. I want this replaced or my money back.
Advise me the best way to handle this.

I might suggest taking it up with your credit card company, saying it was defective merchandise and the owner of the store is not honoring his guarantee
